Oliver grabbed the basket and headed towards Maddie's house, hoping that she was okay. In a few minutes, he made it to the steps in front of the home and opened the door slowly, the old wood creaking. It was dark in the room, no fire or warmth. "Maddie?" Oliver said softly as he stepped into the room, trying to find her.
Maddie looks up towards the door as the memory faded and the image of her mother vanished, "He's gone Oliver, My father's not here." Both the violet and silver eyes where filled with tears. "Why would he leave me?"
"He wouldn't leave you. He can't." Oliver said, walking over towards Maddie and kneeling down next to her. His eyes surveyed her quickly, making sure that she hadn't gotten hurt. The Mad Hatter would never leave his daughter. He loved her too much. What about Oliver's own mother? She had left him years ago. Had she even cared about him?
She was shaking and her thoughts were getting jumbled, "Did you know my mother could sing?" She asked Oliver, "I alway forget because I haven't heard it in a long time." She is wiping tears away trying to get control of herself again, but failing. Her mind had fallen apart and it would take more than a few seconds to put it back together.
"What did she sing?" Oliver asked softly, pulling Maddie into a gentle embrace. Most people had never seen the calmer side of him, but he cared about her too much to not help.
"She sang a lot of things, but the song of the sea she used to sing it every night," She looked over his shoulder and into the house, the home that had once been filled with so much life, had never felt so hollow before. "I don't understand, why is this happening?"
Hearing growls coming from the window, Altheia looked up and saw that stomy had somehow gotten outside. She rushed outside only to see that stormy started running away “Stormy comeback wait!” She used magic to try and grab him but for some reason she couldn’t touch him. Constantly running after him she found him sitting beside an old black cracked altar. Think back to what she learned about them, Altheia wrote a spice of paper”Thanatos, I need your help.” She put the paper on the altar and it burned in blue flames and it was gone.
Thanatos' pacing was stopped when a ball of fire appeared in front of him and form within a small note emerged. "Thanatos, I need your help" he read aloud. But what could that mean, who could this be from?
"Does Kuu sound good? It's Finnish for moon." Susan asked the puppy. It thumped it's tail on the ground. "Kuu it is, then. Good girl." she said to Kuu.
Altheia waited for a while rocking herself back and forth on the forest floor waiting for something to help her.
( Wait what is everyone doing I am confused?)

Trying to make sense of our papers. If you are either Sam Alex or Susan then go back to the post where I explain what these three characters have to do
( Can you re-post that post then?)
It took Thanatos a few minutes to track the note magically but he finally did And appeared in a pillar of blue flames in front of Altheia.
(ALSO IF YOU DID NOT RECIEVE A WORD FROM ME THEN IT'LL JUST SAY THE NAME OF THE PERSON YOU GO TO
SAM—>Altheia (me)
Susan Death —>Thanatos
Alex Gillings—>Madelyn Carter)
It took Thanatos a few minutes to track the note magically but he finally did And appeared in a pillar of blue flames in front of Altheia.
“Hey, I was wondering if you know where my mother is? I haven’t been able to find her and Stormy led me here.” Altheia said quietly. She bent down and picked up her pup and pet his head.
"What are you talking about" He asked looking bewildered.
"Well, I came home and found a black woven basket on the kitchen table. I opened it to find a note and a wolf pup, which I named Storm, who led me here. I remembered reading that black altars were used to give offerings to the old gods so I figured that if it worked I could send a note to you-you could help me locate my mom." And here you are." she replied
(Wait what time period is this is it modern or….?)
Alex took the basket and out her owl back in it. Ill name you Shivers. She thought to herself since it was shivering. "I need to go somewhere." she said and called the shadow to take her to wonderland.
