Nyx smiled happily, looking up at Jude for a moment, then over at the pizza box. "Thank you, Jude!" He said happily.

"You're welcome," Jude said with a smile, opening up the box to reveal the perfection within. "O-kay," He said with a soft laugh, turning to Nyx with a smile, "Try some?"

(just a heads-up, I'm not gonna be on for most of the day; I'm going to a protest/rally )

Nyx nodded, reaching out and taking a slice. He cautiously tried it, smiling at Jude. "It's good!" He said happily.

(Alright! Don't get arrested)

"Yeah?" Jude smiled, getting a slice for himself and watching his gleeful reaction to it, "I'm glad, I'm glad. It's a bit of a staple here. This place makes 'em real nice."

Nyx nodded a little bit, and took another big bite of the pizza, closing his eyes for a moment. "Thanks Jude." He said, mouth full.

"Mhm," Jude hummed in lieu of a reply, smiling as he took a bite of his slice of pizza. With the music playing in the background, this moment reminded him of his time living with his friends as he was finishing up high school; leaving the silent family dinners for the lively evenings of takeout food and cheap beer.

Nyx kept eating, finishing his pizza slice in record time. "Can I have another?" He asked Jude, already reaching out towards the box.

Jude softly laughed, nodding as he took another bite. "Go ahead," He smiled, leaning comfortably into the couch.

Nyx took another slice, eating that in about the same amount of time as he had the first one, smiling happily.

Jude smiled as he ate his dinner, absentmindedly tapping his foot to the music while Nyx happily and quickly ate his, the sky outside began to darken into a hazy shade of blue.

Nyx looked over at Jude happily. He really didn't know how to process all of this. That he could just…be with Jude like this.

Jude took another slice of pizza for himself, smiling at Nyx as he stood up, humming as he made his way to the CD player to turn the music down a bit. He turned to his shelf of records, idly looking through a crate of videotapes. "You wanna watch some of the videos I took in Europe?" Jude asked, smiling as he held up a tape titled 'Paris 01' in suggestion.

Nyx looked up. "Oh! Sure." he replied with a happy little smile. "That sounds like fun." he shifted in his seat a little bit.

Jude took a bite of his pizza as he walked over to the TV, crouching down to push the tape into the player. The L.A tape had been the only one he'd watched since his return, and he smiled as the video started, once again beginning in the inside of an airplane.

Nyx was quiet as he watched the video, chewing on yet another slice of pizza. For such a small person, he definitely had an appetite.

Jude made his way back to the couch, lazily draping an arm around Nyx as he watched the tape and ate his slice of pizza. "Mhh–" He sounded, swallowing and pointing at the screen as the camera showed a long shot of the light dancing off of a glass pyramid, "–That's in the courtyard of the Louvre. It's an art museum."

Nyx nodded a little bit. "'s pretty." he replied, leaning into Jude as he chewed on his pizza. He ate this piece slower than the others, thankfully, not wolfing it down.

"The art's pretty, too. A lot of famous stuff," Jude smiled, nodding at the screen as the interior of the gallery came into view, playing a few clips of the crowd surrounding the famous works.

Nyx hummed a little bit, still watching the video with interest. "I wanna go there." He said to Jude after a moment.

Jude swallowed a bite of pizza before turning to Nyx. "Paris?" He asked with a smile, his gaze briefly flickering back to the screen, where a shorter-haired version of Jude was idly chatting with a group of locals in one of their apartments.

Nyx nodded a little bit. "Mhm. And that art museum, too." he replied, looking over at Jude and then back at the screen, a faint smile on his face.

"Hmm," Jude smiled, watching as a few more clips played of his time around the neighbourhood cafés and smaller landmarks. "There are a hundred and thirty, you know," He said, letting out a soft laugh, "Art museums. In Paris."

Nyx blinked, looking at Jude, wide-eyed. He couldn't imagine so many pieces of artwork that must fill those. "Wow…I wanna go to all of them!"

Jude laughed, smiling at Nyx and nodding along. He sighed, his gaze drifting back to the TV for a moment before he turned to him, still smiling, "Wait– all of them?"

Nyx grinned happily, nodding. "Mhm. All of them." he replied, still looking at the TV, snuggled contentedly into Jude's side.
