She took the helmet and put it on with a laugh, "Knowing them, they probably won't leave me alone and will keep pestering me about this." She got onto the back of the bike and slipped her arms around his waist, holding on tightly.

"Well then, let them talk." He laughed and started riding off towars the main road before chuckling "where should I drop you off? I should have asked you before leaving."
She thought for a moment, "The school could work, I could walk the rest of the way home then and you could be on your way."
"If that's what you want." He smiled and rode to the school. He stopped the bike and smiled "here we go."
"Thanks again, for everything." She said as she stepped off the bike and took the helmet off. She held it out to him with a smile, "See ya."
(Time skip now?)
(Yeah)
The day was warm, different emotions hung in the air, and kai was waiting in line for his name to be called. Behind him, a quickly shortening line had formed, waiting to receive their diplomas and head off to college.
Dierra hummed softly to herself. She was at the graduation ceremony since one of her best friends was graduating and had asked her to come. She smoothed out her flowy and fun dress that hung just above her knees with a deep cut back that she was covering up with a thin sweater.
"Kaius Lennox." He heard his name being called and walked up. He had won an award in his computer science program and he would be receiving it right now. He took his diploma and award then stood beside the principal to have his picture taken. Whilst doing that, he sweeped his eyes momentarily over the crowd before stopping on a certain figure.
She felt a proud smile come to her face and she watched him walk up to receive his award, meeting his eyes for a moment before quickly looking away.
Kai smiled upon seeing her and confidently walked off the stage and Into the crowd to sit on the seat the graduates would sit on.
She hummed softly and looked around, wanting the ceremony to be done. Both of the people she had come to see had received awards and she was getting quite bored considering that she wasn't a graduate this year.
Soon after, all the graduates were called and the after party had started. Kai ruffled his hair and looked around for someone to talk to
Dierra congratulated her friend and they talked for a little bit. She hadn't been invited to the after party and was just saying goodbye to her friend. Even them she looked around for Kai, hoping that she could at least congratulate him before the party started and they asked her to leave.
Kai sighed and leaned against a wall, frowning. He was staring at his phone at the 2 acceptance letters he received in vain.
(Bump?)
(oof, sry I thought I responded)
A small smile appeared on her face when she saw him leaning against the wall and she walked over to him. "Hi Kai," She said simply, "Congrats on your graduation."
Kai looked up and saw Dierra "hello love. You look very nice today." He smiled at her before turning back to the phone. He sighed and put it in his back pocket, trying to forget about it for the time being
Her face flushed slightly at the compliment and she nodded, "Thanks, you do to." She looked around and let out a small sigh, "So, any plans for college?"
"I got into two.univeraities but I dont know where to go. One is for right here, this city. But the other takes me all the way to London." He told her, sighing
"Which one is better?" She asked, hoping he would stay in the city but knowing a better university further away would be better for an education.
"Well…both have there benefits however I adore travelling. Maybe the one in London is a better for for me?" He muttered
She nodded, "Maybe, but I'd say really weigh the choices of each school, you don't want to go to the wrong one."
Kai laughed and gave Doerra a one handed hug "dont worry love, I won't forget you, no matter what choice I make." He smiled and looked at her "let's meet at the book store cafe later today, I have something for you." He said
