"Are you upset?" She asked, tilting her head slightly as she looked back at him. She started towards the doors and smiled lightly, "I can already tell that I'm going to like this place." She said, glancing back at Kai again.
"Are you upset?" She asked, tilting her head slightly as she looked back at him. She started towards the doors and smiled lightly, "I can already tell that I'm going to like this place." She said, glancing back at Kai again.
Kai dodnt answer her question and instead started leading her towards the cafe. "I advise you get there apple pie or toasted sandwiches." He smiled
She nodded and followed him to the doors with a smile, her stomach growling slightly.
Once they found and seat and ordered, Kai looked at her "what other books do you read?" He asked curiously, cocking his head to one side.
"I read a lot of fiction books, along with a few romance." She shrugged, "I'm thinking of restarting the Harry Potter deities since its been a while since I've read them."
"Harry Potter is a wonderful universe to escape life. In my opinion it's easy to lose ones self in there." He smiled wistfully
"That's very true." She said with a nod, a small smile on her face, "Who's your favorite character in that seiries?"
"Luna lovegood and professor trelawney."
(Dunno if I spelled that eight?)
(Idk either they look right though)
She nodded again, "I'm more of a fan of the Weasly twins."
Kai smiled "ah yes, the masters of mischief. My second favorite. Why do you like them?"
"They just seem like they're actually siblings, they joke around and are just overall fun." She shrugged, smiling lightly, "Why do you like Luna and Trelawney?"
"Luna has a method to her madness and trelawney is misunderstood. They are side characters that hold a lot of significance."
"I suppose, but now an important question, what do you think about Snape?" She leaned back on her chair and crossed her arms, smiling lightly.
"Hes an asshole who deserved everything that came his way." Kai stated, placing his hands on the warm surface of the steaming mug the server put in front of him "thanks Debbie." He smiled, and blew on his tea
She frowned at Kai but gave a warm smile to the server, "Thank you." She said, taking her hot chocolate with a mountain of whipped cream, "I'd have to disagree with you, Snape was misunderstood to say the least, he didn't deserve most of what happened to him."
"Ok, so walking over the dead body of your crush's husband, only to grasp her dead body and cry while her child is in tears is totally forgivable." He said sarcastically
"He loved Lilly, of course he's going to cry about her death. He would've eventually helped Harry as well, he was in shock and mourning." She argued, taking a sip of her drink.
"He mentally and emotionally abused Neville because he could have been the chosen one and Lily would have survived. A 30-40 year old man taunting an 11 year old is bound to cause the kid some physiological issues." He stated
"I said he didn't deserve everything that happened to him, he did still have things that even I would say he needed to pay for in a sense." She frowned, "And of course he's going to want Lilly to have survived, he had a major crush on her, would you want your crush to marry another person and then die?"
"I would accept that she got married and had a child. I would legit just move in and stay friends." Kai said, taking a sip of his rapidly cooling drink.
"He was in love, people do crazy things for the ones they love." She looked at her drink and took a large gulp, almost burning her tounge but not caring, "Snape saw that she was happy with James and he didn't pursue her any further. Sure he still liked her but he kept his distance and even took care of Harry in a way when he went to Hogwarts."
"Yes, because constantly making a child feel inferior is the perfect way to show them they care." He said in a cold voice. Anyone who noticed little details like tone of voice would realize that there was more that meets the eye in relation to his statement.
Dierra shot him a look, "Wasn't it Snape who worked with Dumbeldore to infiltrate Voldemortes army and didn't get Harry caught multiple times when he could've? Granted there are times when he was a little harsh but Harry needed that, he wouldn't have gotten far if he was a soft little boy who threw daisies everywhere and hoped for the best."
"Yes but he was also the young soft spoken boy who created a spell that could instantly destroy another person." He smirked, referring to the Sectum Sempra spell.
"His childhood wasn't easy, if you didn't pick up on that." She shot back, "He created that spell because, first of all because he was curious and second of all because, his life wasn't easy."
