She frowned, "Of course not, but having a rough childhood is going to change people, it's just how things like that work."

Kai glared at his pale mug "not everyone changes." He stated

"It's going to change everyone, even if that person doesn't realize it. They're going to have mannerisms that they keep, or how they talk to people, even if it's just one little detail." She said, finishing off her hot chocolate.

"That still doesnt justify his actions." He said, wiping his mouth with a napkin

"Not all of them, but overall he was just misunderstood." She looked up at him and shrugged, "You're entitled to your opinion and I'm allowed mine."

"Fair point." He said and leaned back into the booth

She nodded, "Now that that debate is over, what do you want to talk about?" She asked, tilting her head to the side slightly.

"What subjects are you taking right now?"

"Right now I have math, two art classes, science, and an engineering class. Most of my core classes I have next quarter." She said with a shrug, "What about you?"

"English, math, history, computer codin, and art." He said "I have most of my elective classes after this."

She nodded, "I want to take computer coding next year, it sounds fun..I also want to be a foreign exchange student and go to some other country." She looked down at the table and traced light designs over it, looking up at him.

"I could teach you coding, its really easy."

She shrugged, "I learn better on my own, when I can make mistakes and not get yelled at or get them corrected."

(Lmao, sorry when do you want to do the large time skip?)

"Well theres this site scratch that helps teach basic coding.but if you want to learn python you need to take a class."

(I think they should skip to the end of the year, graduation time and then rp a little there then do the large time skip. For more info, check page two, I think it's the second post)

Dierra nodded, "I'll think about it, I just don't know if I should take a coding class if I don't need to."

"Well, just call me if you need any help. Speaking of which, mind if I take your number? " kai asked, taking out his phone

"Will do," She said with a smile, "Do you just want me to tell you my number? Or should I just put it in your phone?" She pulled out her's as well, "Mind if I take your number?"

He handed her his phone "just type it in and I'll do the same." He offered

She nodded and handed him her phone, quickly putting her number into his. She smiled and slid the phone back across the table to him, "There you go, now you have my number."

"…and now you have mine. I hope to see you again, Dierra." He smiled and raised his hand, wanting the receipt.

(Should we skip to graduation or a little before it? That's when he realizes that he likes her and in a rage, moves to the Uk)

"I hope I see you again too, I also hope your view on Snape changes." She chuckled and put her phone away.

(Ok, well skip once he drops her off home.)

"Highly unlikely that my views will change." He chuckled. "Shall we?" He asked, gesturing to his bike

She smiled and nodded, walking out to his bike, "This was fun, thanks for everything." She said, rocking on her feet.

"You are welcome. Hopefully, your friends dont tease you too much." He smirked, getting on his bike and handing her a helmet.
