“I don’t think you can avoid it, babe,” Kasey said with a smile, leaning into him as the walked. “You’d have to get a glass of water every once in a while.”
“I don’t think you can avoid it, babe,” Kasey said with a smile, leaning into him as the walked. “You’d have to get a glass of water every once in a while.”
“Water bottles. I can buy them then re-use them with water from the bathroom sink.” Liam shrugged a shoulder.
“And breakfast? What if I never brought you food?” Kasey wondered, looking over at him with a raised eyebrow.
“Eh, I’d figure it out.” Liam said, unlocking the car.
Kasey laughed gently as she shook her head. “M’kay… Whatever you say, love.”
“Maybe I’ll do an experiment… no going into the kitchen for a week.” Liam mused as he opened her door.
“You’re going to starve for a week, then,” Kasey declared, laughter in her voice as she sat down in the car.
“No, no won’t,” Liam replied, shutting the door before making his way round to his side, “Uber eats is a thing.”
Kasey clicked her tongue, shaking her head a bit. “That’s cheating.”
“Who said there were any rules?” Liam replied, smirking.
“Hm… Well, I think your girlfriend does. And your roommate. So that’s two votes,” Kasey chuckled.
“That’s no fair.” Liam pouted.
"Just cook with me, babe," Kasey pleaded, sticking her bottom lip out and giving him her best puppy dog eyes.
Liam sighed and gave in, “Fiiiiiine.”
Kasey grinned and kissed his cheek. “Good! It’ll be fun, trust me.”
“If it’s not then I’m never cooking again.” Liam replied, pulling into the parking complex.
"Okay, that's fine," Kasey said with a soft laugh. "As long as you still go into the kitchen when you need to."
“Maybe. I’m still thinking about Uber eats.” Liam joked, trying to hold in his laughter.
Kasey scoffed and swatted at him playfully. “Oh, stop it, you,” she chuckled. “It’ll be fine.”
“Mhm, if you say so.” Liam sang, climbing out the car with a grin.
“I do say so, thank you very much,” Kasey declared with a giggle as she stepped out after him. “I’m sure you will do okay.”
“Maybe, maybe not,” Liam replied, “We’ll soon find out.”
"We will. And you will do fine, Liam," Kasey assured him, stepping closer to him to quickly press a light kiss to his lips.
Liam smiled and pecked her back, “Come on then, let’s go make some dinner.”
Kasey smiled at him before turning to make her way up to his their apartment. Gosh, would she ever get used to calling it that? She certainly didn’t think so. At least, not yet.
