"Yeah, but they knew about the connections, and they could have multiple traps set up. Not just at the place he's going, but a number of places. There's probably a price on all our heads, and anyone willing to listen has likely been told to capture us, dead or alive." Cyrus clicked his pen a few times just to do something with his hands.
“We don’t know that for sure. Yes, it’s possible and we should find some way of sending a message to Uriah and Sparrow but we need to weigh the options first.” Eira said.
"I mean, I can't stop them. All they can do is be careful. I understand this mission is important," Cyrus muttered, mostly trying to reassure himself.
Eira nodded, “Me too, but… if it is a trap then…”
Uriah set down his umbrella and stood over Sparrow. "Would you like to have a dance partner?" He smiled holding his hand out. He's never tried dancing in the rain, but theres a first for everything, plus with all his training, he was a really good dancer. "Dancing is always more fun with two."
Sparrow looked up, raindrops on her eyelashes “sure!” She stood up, using his hand
He lightly took her hand and led her out into the rain. His hand went to her waist as the other held from to her hand. He looked down at her and smiled. "Do you know how to dance with a partner or should I lead?" He wasn't going to lie, Sparrow was very beautiful. Cy, you really screwed up. And I hope you can feel me talking about you right now.

“I normally just do the chicken dance. I’m not good at dancing!” She laughed
"All we can do is be ready to act if perhaps there's something we can do," Cyrus muttered. He was ready to fight, but obviously nervous about what was to come.
Uriah had to let go and turn around. He busted out laughing. "The chicken dance!" He fell to the ground laughing, he was wet anyway so it didn't matter. "I'm sorry, I just wasn't expecting that at all." Pulling himself together he stood up and grabbed her hand and waist again. "Don't worry, I'll teach you." He winked, as he led her in the dance. Taking a few steps to show her how it goes he spun her around then pulled her back in. "It's pretty simple."
Eira sighed, “Yeah, that’s true.”
She rolled her eyes and smiled “I used to love doing it with Elliot.” She said and watched his steps
"Who's Elliot?" Uriah's eyebrow raised in curiosity. It seems everyone has lost someone they love, no really. "Friend, boyfriend… lover?" He smirked at the last part. It was meant as a joke. "Well, whoever he was, he was a lucky guy."
She smiled sadly, remembering all the things she did with him “He was none of those. He was my brother.” She looked away from him
"I see, I'm sorry." He hated seeing people sad, that's why he always tried his best to be happy, if front of people at least. "I bet he was a great brother." He pulled her head to his chest and his chin rest on the top of her head. He took a deep breath. "I'm sorry."
She felt him take a breath. he is unnaturally warm she thought as she melted into his embrace “he was the best.” She whispered.

"I wish I had siblings, then maybe I wouldn't have been so lonely as I grew up." Uriah doesn't even know much about his mom because his dad never talked about her and there's no pictures either. "For as long as I can remember it's just been me and my dad." Don't make this about you Uriah. he gently pushed her away and got down to her eye level. "You okay or would you rather me hold you still?" He smiled warmly at her. He didn't want anyone to feel as lonely as he was when he was younger.
She smiled “can you hold me?” She asked

"Of couse." He pulled her close again. As they just stood in the rain getting soaked, this is the first time in a while where he felt good and calm. Maybe it was because he had someone with him, and he wasn't alone. Again he took a deep breath and laid his head on hers. I really hope Cy doesn't walk out, because I would be dead. Just imagining Cyrus punching him made Uriah scared, Cy was a bit bigger then him and if he really wanted to he could really hurt some people. Oh, God I'm freaking myself out. Just calm down. "You feel a bit better?"
“Yeah.” never realized how touch starved I was she thought.
"Good I'm glad." Uriah pushed his hair back so that it wasn't dripping onto his face. He grabbed Sparrow's hair and tied it back for her. "There that should help." She should pull her hair back more often. "Looks good. You look good." Hope that didn't come out weird. Uriah's hand went to his chin in deep thought.
She smiled and leaned against him “thank you Uriah.”
"Y-yeah, no problem." He cleared his throat. How come assassin girls are so attractive, maybe he liked the story dangerous type, the ones that are hard to reach? Did did like a challenge. I feel like this situation is going somewhere, where it shouldn't. He couldn't exactly stop it either. There's no way, she doesn't see me like that, plus she has Cy if he gets his act together. He wrapped his arms around her. "No problem." She obviously liked and wanted the attention and complements. She's a sweet girl and she deserves them.
“I understand exactly why Zhavia didn’t want to kill you. You’re amazing. It doesn’t matter if you think you’re not good at anything, your amazing at talking to people and you have a way of making them feel like they are needed. Thank you for that.” She said looking up at him
