(Hmhmhm, do we wanna time skip?)
(sure. To when? Also I was thinking that Quinn decides that she, himself, and Aster will go out and find a way home for her maybe? If u want?)
(Ooh, I like that! Maybe we could just timeskip to morning, and then carry out the master plan?)
(Also ASK SORRY I haven't been on frequently, I got a phone for my birthday and we've been busy figuring out the plan and all that, plus my mom's therapy and bleh 😂)
(alrighty, sounds good! Want me to do the skip, or would you like to?)
(It's totally fine, i understand :) good luck with new phone)
(Umum I feel bad but could you?)
(Thanks! I think we've almost got it figured out XD)
(yup!)
(Np! Thats good)
The next day…
Quinn sighed softly, and finished up the paperwork. He had had a pounding headache ever since he woke up in someone else's bed this morning, and was really hoping the headache wouldn't continue all day.
Aster was standing guard in one of the hallways, in his uniform. His thoughts kept wandering to Lottie, but he did his best to stay focused.
Charlotte stared at the ceiling for several minutes before standing up with a sigh and putting other usual black dress. She paved the room for a while before deciding she was starving and leaving her room to find the kitchen.
Quinn left his office, and started heading down to Charlotte's room, muttering under his breath.
Charlotte was fairly certain that she may NOT have gotten lost this time. Although she had thought that the kitchens were slightly closer. Ah, well.
"Charlotte!" Quinn called as he came around the corner and spotted her. "I need to speak with you." He said.
Charlotte spun, startled. "Oh, it's you. What do you want?"
Quinn caught up with her. "It has been decided. If you would like to, you, myself, and a few guards will leave the castle, and then we will find a way home for you."
Charlotte stared at him, stunned. "Wait, you - I would - and - and I - that's - excellent idea," she stammered with quite some difficulty. She tipped her head back, looking at the ceiling, to push back the tears of relief that spring to her eyes.
He chuckled softly. "So, is that a yes or a no, love?" He asked, leaning his hip and shoulder against the wall. God, hangovers are the worst.
"I told you to stop with the pet names," she growled quietly, taking deep breaths. "That's - that's a yes."
He smirked. "Alright. I'm having a maid prepare you some more clothes so that you aren't in that…black thing all the time." He waved a hand.
Charlotte scowled. "I like this black 'thing.' They'd better be black clothes."
"Why?" He raised an eyebrow. "You would look better in actual colors."
"And yet, I somehow don't care at all," she said with a sarcastic smile. "Colors are for ninnies and rich people."
Quinn spread his arms. He himself was wearing a white shirt, a crimson vest, and dark red pants, along with shiny black leather shoes. "No, colors are for those who want to make a statement. Black is for bores."
"Why, thank you. I've already been classified as a bore by the rest of the world, but it's a lovely sentiment," she leaned against the wall, voice dripping with sarcasm.
He rolled his eyes. "You are never going to find a suitor, all drab like that." He replied.
Charlotte wrinkled her nose. "Why on earth would I want a suitor? That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard."
"I don't know, to get married?" Quinn shrugged. "Unless you're more the one night stand type, which…" He shrugged again. "I have no problem with."
(VJFEJIVFK I'M SORRY FOR ABANDONING YOU)
Charlotte sputtered, scandalized.. "I - I - how dare you?" She managed. "Marriage is completely unnecessary, as are - 'one night stands' - and such. And where I come from, we don't talk about that, so if you wouldn't mind terribly shutting up, that would be lovely," she scowled.
