Lucas picked up Wally, who gave a high pitched yip and handed him gently to June.
"Here," he said softly "his name is Wally, I think they're both boxers."

June held Wally gently, "hello puppy." She smiled, petting the puppy.

Lucas smiled at the younger girl as Wally licked the tip of her nose.
"I think he likes you." He supplied through a small chuckle.

June's face lit up as she cuddled the puppy. "Awe so cute!!"

Lucas smiled again.
"Make sure to watch Marti and Wally extra carefully while I go talk to Ronni." He said, turning on his heels and walking over to Ronni.

"So I think bringing the dogs was a good idea." He told her honestly "June seems to love them."

June grinned, cuddling the dogs, "Devs gonna love you two"

(Hey guys I'm really sorry but I'm gonna have to drop out. I don't wanna be holding you down and I'm taking a hiatus from notebook for the most part)

Ronni nodded at him, a small smile on her face. She touched his arm gently, patting it as if to say Good call.
June seemed happy with the dogs, and if they got along with Zeus ok, everything should be fine.
She looked around, noting Liam and Devon were gone, and gave Lucas a quizzical look, circling her free hand around them.
Where are the boys?

Alastor walked alongside Zeus, who was following Sinjoro happily. He felt what was almost a sense of relief when he saw the apartment building come into sight. It had only been a little while since he went on that run, but it felt like ages since he'd been back here.

Lucky smiled at Alastor, hoping they'd managed to patch things up a little.
"Look, I'm sorry about earlier. I didn't mean to pry." He glanced at Zeus, his smile widening at the dog's antics.
"Mind if we start again? I'll keep my nose out of your business." He didn't want to make an enemy of Alastor, certainly not in a group this size. Making an enemy of anyone would be a problem.

Lucas looked around the room and when Devon and Liam did materialize out of thin air, he turned to look down at June, who was still having a wonderful time with Wally and Marti.
"June," he said questioningly. "Where did Devon and Liam go?"

Alastor gave Lucky a small smile. "There's no need to apologize, I just overreacted, that's all." He turned his gaze to his fluffy companion. "And yeah, we can start again."
He was glad that Lucky wasn't mad at him. Having someone in the group hate him wouldn't be the most ideal situation to be in.

June shrugged, "they went to get stuff to make me a drink. We were playing truth or dare"

Lucky smiled as they came up to the building. "Well, we made it." He was mostly joking, but… in the current situation, making it back to a home base was always a question mark.
He walked Sinjoro up the steps and into the front hall, tethering him to his spot from before. He noticed that several of the doors had been opened and wondered who was doing the raiding. Probably a smart idea.

Ronni rolled her eyes. They were looking for alcohol of all things. In their current predicament, she couldn't think of a more useless task.

Alastor also spotted the opened doors and out of habit reached for a gun that wasn't there, but he forced himself to relax a bit when he realized that it was the probably someone from the group that did it.
Zeus sniffed around and looked wary as he let out a loud bark to announce their presence, his ears alert and his tail lower to the ground than usual as he moved back closer to his owner, standing in front of him protectively.
Now Alastor really wished he had his weapons belt. Is there maybe another dog around? he wondered, glancing at Lucky. Zeus didn't act this defensive unless he sensed a potential threat; which for the German Shepherd could be another dog since Alastor didn't tell him anything otherwise.

Lucky noted Zeus's behavior and wondered about it. He stepped into the living room of the apartment and immediately noticed Marti and Wally.
"Oh, new dogs. Cute." he said, loudly enough for Alastor to hear. He glanced at June, Lucas and Ronni. "How long they been here and where'd they come from?"

Alastor patted Zeus on the head reassuringly, and the dog relaxed a bit, still looking wary.
He walked into the apartment of the living room and stood next to Lucky, shooting him a grateful look. "Thank you."
Zeus came in a few moments later and practically glared at the new dogs, standing next to Alastor, giving an annoyed huff at how small the space felt with so many people and now dogs in it.

Lucky looked around, noting Devon and Liam were missing, as well as Ariella.
I hope those two wound up talking, good grief.
He knelt and reached out towards Marti, gently petting her ears. June had the puppy occupied.
He glanced up at Alastor. "Zeus going to be ok with new doggos around? It's a mom and a pup, so no real threat to him…"

(for what? the cold?)

"Cold? Really? that is so unoriginal." Liam rolled his eyes.

"how else would you drink it? warm?" he shook his head.
