I am Wolfy! You may have seen me around stalking other RPs, or not. idk.
Anyway, as the title says, I'm in the doldrums.
So, I would like a new RP to play with! :)
But first, a bit about me, and what I would expect for this!
- I am on randomly. I probably will be on a couple times daily at least, but that doesn't guarantee replies.
- I am on mainly in PMs, so if we do decide to keep whatever this turns out to be in the main wods warehouse, it may get ignored a lot.
- I am a dragons-and-magic soup writer, I am attempting to write a fiction depiction series, and I have a complex cast of characters and backstories. I usually stick to my characters, blending their backstories with whatever setting we use. So be prepared, most of my charas are half wolf/half human, have some type of element based magic, and lots of relatives. (I have a huge overly complex family leafy tower of 4 generations)
- I prefer heart-squeezy tale RPs, preferably BxB.
- On that note, I don't shy away from much, mucduc, angst, smut, kinky smut, poly ships, anything. I will tell you if we cross a line for something, and I will respect what you are comfy with, but I'd prefer to have a range of freedom with this.
- I am not a grammer nazi, and I often have spelling happy little accidents. I can spell and read quite well, my grammarly on my phone loves me. But I do often have typos or errors anyway. I ask that you don't get mad, and just ask if you get bumfuzzled by a random typo.
- tend to do short and sweet. I commonly do one line replies. Sometimes short paragraphs. Usually one liners. I don't expect more than what I give you, but I DO expect something I can reply to. Keep the flow going, otherwise I won't reply. (If I'm not giving you enough to reply to, just lemme know and I'll think up more)
- To continue above, if I have to put more skull control power than I have into keeping this going, it will die. Sooo ye.
- Please be semi active! I get I said above that I'm on randomly, and I will admit, I have sometimes let stuff die, but I don't like letting stuff die, so try to respond at least once per day?

A King sends his best knight to rescue his daughter from a savage tribe of barbarians. Accepting the quest, the knight expects to find a delicate, frightened, young woman but instead finds a tough, stubborn, war-paint covered huntress that was accepted into the tribe shortly after her kidnapping and she doesn’t want to leave. What will the knight do?

I hope so. I realize it doesn't quite match up with what you said you liked but I suppose we could alter the original prompt if you want to.
Actually a good old fashioned adventure would be a noice change of pace

Honestly I tend to be very chill when in an RP, it's just been awhile since I've rp'd with people I don't already know pretty well. Hence the giant intro…
No offense intended but it tends to discourage the more immature people from talking to me. That and I figure if I give out everything that people normally get mad at me for I can say that I put it in the first post.

Umm, I’m actually caught between traditional European dragons-and-magic soup kingdom… Or a more anime style kingdom. You know, like Inuyasha or something. You can pick.

Templates may be a good brain bubble since we aren't familiar w each other.

Appearance (feel free to post a link): When the Princess was last seen in her kingdom, she had long dark brown hair and hazel green peepers. Her skin was fair in color and unblemished, though she did have a smattering of freckles across her face.
Height: 5’8”
Identifying marks:… Actually, I can't think of any for her.
Usual outfit: typically long, elegant dresses, even her more simple ones are finer than most. Though when she's found, she will be wearing a wolf fur cloak, a plain-woven shirt, a skirt that ends just above her leghinges, and sturdy moccasin style foot helmets'>stompy weather clompers.
Personality: Most of her life she has been quiet and polite, though not many people really know much about her. She does enjoy the simple things when she has the chance to, which honestly isn't as often as she would like.
Skills: singing, eventually hunting and archery,
Hobbies: reading, gardening,
Strengths: she's a good strategist though she's still learning, can be very straightforward when she needs to but is pretty understanding.
Weakness:… I just remembered I’m terrible at this part 😅 but maybe still grinding gears on actually being confident enough to speak up more often and a bit stubborn at times.
Fears: being a figurehead Queen and not being strong enough to help her people.
Background (can be revealed in rp if you want): Firstborn daughter of King Aldric and the late Queen Margaret-Catherine. Spent most of her life pretty sheltered and learning how to be a princess and eventual queen.

Full Name: Sirus Nightfang
Age: 20-21
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Straight,
Appearance: Think typical giraffy dark and moody, except he's more of an average height and his pitch black hair is tipped in crimson. He has stony grey peepers, and is pale skinned (burns easy), and has the type of build that makes him look overly skinny, but there's muscle there. He also has a few scars under his clothing, the type that won't really be seen… but look suspiciously like he was attacked by a pack of wolves, multiple times when he was younger.
WOLF: Sirus is also a wolf shifter, or werewolf if you wanna call it that. I call it having a human and a wolf parent = halfwolf. Anyway, most of the above traits stay pretty much the same in wolf form, he has the same colorings as in his hair, (Mainly black, with crimson highlights) and he has a slim build. He's also a bit larger than your typical in meatspace wolf too.
Sirus also has this amulet type thing he wears. It's a dull crimson gem that's sorta shaped like a rupee from the Zelda games, set in silver. It would fit in the palm of your hand, to give you an brain bubble of size.
Identifying marks: The Crimson in his hair, and the amulet.
Usual outfit: He typically dresses as your average hunter/forest ranger type. Combat foot helmets'>stompy weather clompers, warm pants, long-sleeve-shirt, and warm jacket. He'll have a ruck full of various supplies, and some leather armour for this trip too.
Personality: Quiet, and strategic. He's not one to get angry easy, or really show any type of extreme emotion, he's also one to study you like you're a puzzle and find all your strengths and weaknesses if you spend enough time around him. (I'd give you more but I haven't pulled this one out for awhile.)
Skills: Shadow magic, (Can hear the shadows whisper things to him, and shape them to his will, among other things. Certain types of manipulations take more energy, to the point of possibly killing him if he attempts too much all at once.), tracking, hiding his emotions, chess, flute playing, stealth, swordsmanship
Hobbies: Likes to play the flute, and listening to various shadows, (Shadows see some very interesting things) Also enjoys a good game of chess when he can find a worthy opponent.
Strengths: Stealth, hand to hand fighting.
Weakness: His aforementioned amulet can be used to control him and his magic. If someone other than him has his amulet they could tell him to stop consuming oxygen to produce carbon dioxide or smth and he would have no choice but to obey. (Also being forced to shift between human and wolf form is agonizing.)
Fears: His dad. (an abusive jerk)
Background (can be revealed in rp if you want): Sirus grew up in a wolfpack as the son of a classist, racist (doesn't like halfwolves) and tyrannical alpha. That's about all I'm gonna say.

That's ok. I’m not great at them either but I have something I can use. Do we want Sirius to be hired by the king because sending his knights would be tantamount to declaring war?
