Feet are a really good target for some reason. Like toenails and fingernails. Oh and ears and nose and eyes. Eyes especially. Joints as well maybe since moving usually brings pain and so they just couldn't move because whatdya know your elbows are covered in horrible awful wounds. Haha

Not as original as you might think I've done this to a character, and she was forced to sing the entire time, if her voice cracked or she stopped, the Needle size would increase.

My character is a type of Celtic death spirit that eats flesh. The rite of passage is to literally cut out their own heart and eat it. So, my character is heartless, and takes pleasure in killing as slowly as possible. She is basically a mindless killer. She doesn't care about power or fame, just where she's gonna get her next victim.
