"Okay," Cicada hummed as she leaned into his touches. She hesitated a moment before nuzzling against him very lightly and very gently, "I hope I don't have to text you."
"Okay," Cicada hummed as she leaned into his touches. She hesitated a moment before nuzzling against him very lightly and very gently, "I hope I don't have to text you."
"I hope not too," Phoenix hummed, smiling more when she nuzzled up against him. Even if it was a little, it made him happy. "But I don't want you to feel like I'm abandoning you. So really, text me if you need me to hurry up."
"I will," Cicada told him as she reluctantly moved away from him. They were getting close to his dorm, or at least she assumed so and he needed to head inside, "Um, be quick then. Please."
"I'll be as fast as I can." Phoenix hummed softly, noting his dorm building was right ahead. Pausing in thought, he patted his pockets and pulled his car keys out. "You want to wait in my car, just in case?"
"I, yeah," Cicada nodded reaching for the car keys in his hand now. She honestly would feel fine anywhere, but the car might be better for her. A little smile was on her face, "Thank you."
"Of course. Just be careful with it." Phoenix told her lightly, starting to head up to the building. He kept a light smile up, and continued in a mostly joking tone. "You know how attached I am to my car."
Cicada laughed as she made her way towards his car. She unlocked it from a distance as she gave him a light wave before calling out to him, "I know. I'll see you soon?"
"Five minutes, tops." Phoenix called back, turning around so he was facing the building. Jogging up to the door, he pulled it open with a light smile, and quickly made his way to his dorm in silence.
Cicada continued to smile until he disappeared into the building. It fell only slightly as she into the car on the passenger side before locking it once more. Just to be safe. Since she was inside she could unlock it to get out."
Very quickly he walked into the room, straight for his backpack. Picking it up, he pulled a pair of sweat pants and a simple t-shirt from his dresser. Grabbing his toothbrush, he quickly put it in a container and tossed everything in his bag and zipped it up. Throwing it over his shoulder, he was in and out as quickly as he had said.
Cicada watched the dorm door and ignored some of the strange looks given by other students though most didn't care. Once she spotted Phoenix she unlocked the door and stepped out of the car before locking it again. She assumed they weren't driving to her dorm, "Hey!"
Glancing up, Phoenix felt a smile pull up at the sound of her voice. He adjusted the straps of his backpack and quickly came up to her. "Hey! Ready to head over?" He hummed lightly, reaching out to take his keys from her.
"Ready as I'll ever be," Cicada told him as she dropped the keys into his hands. She put one hand on the strap of her bag before offering a hand to Phoenix to hold, "It's not like you haven't been in my dorm before."
Phoenix smiled and nodded a little at her statement. "That's true. I just thought it would be rude if I started walking without you asking." Shrugging a bit, he dropped his keys in his pocket and held on to her hand. "Lead the way, madam."
"I guess it would seem a little rude," Cicada laughed a little as she started walking towards her dorm with Phoenix in hand. She shrugged slightly before smiling over at him, "But not that rude. Have everything you need?"
"Most likely. If I'm missing something, I can run back, or just live without it. It isn't the end of the world." Phoenix hummed, giving her a smile. He seemed slightly absent minded, swinging their arms back and forth.
Cicada laughed a little as she leaned against him. She needed a rock to lean on at the moment and Phoenix was the best rock she could ask for at the moment, "Or if it's something I have you can just borrow it."
"That's true. I don't think I'll have to steal anything of yours, though. Not tonight at least." Phoenix told her, carefully wrapping an arm around her. With her volunteered nuzzling up he felt a little more at ease to hug and touch her.
Cicada smiled up at him and shrugged lightly. She knew that this cuddly feeling would only last for so long and figured Phe might enjoy more affection from her end of the relationship, "We'll see. Maybe later you'll have to steal something of mine."
"Hmm? What's that?" Phoenix hummed softly as he enjoyed his couple minutes of affection. He knew he needed to soak it up now, before she pulled away. He hoped that wouldn't be too soon. "Anything specifically?"
"I mean you already have my heart," Cicada commented off-hand with a loving smile. It was kind of true, what was left of her broken heart did belong to Phe at this moment. She hummed before continuing, "But I think you're too big for any of my hoodies no matter how baggy they are."
Phoenix felt his face flush, and nodded a little bit. He had walked straight into that. Sighing softly, he lifted his head just a little. "Right… I'm quite the bit taller than you. Besides that, I might actually be able to fit in them."
"You think? Mind if we try that out tonight?" Cicada asked a tease imminent in her voice. She enjoyed teasing him when possible and she looked around to check if they were close to his dorm.
"I… I mean…" His face was quite the bit flushed as she continued to tease. He wasn't sure what to do, feeling more and more embarrassed. "I… I guess, if you… you want to."
"I think it would be fun! You know, instead of the girlfriend stealing the boyfriend's sweatshirt we do the opposite. Or both, both is good with me," Cicada continued to tease him. She found him adorable when flustered.
