Derlik hummed a little. He pulled Smoke closer, into his lap. He continued to shower affection on him. Perhaps he would take some time to toy with Nik.
Enjoying your stay? He said softly in Nik's mind.
Derlik hummed a little. He pulled Smoke closer, into his lap. He continued to shower affection on him. Perhaps he would take some time to toy with Nik.
Enjoying your stay? He said softly in Nik's mind.
Nik flinched, drawing in tighter on himself. "Leave me alone." he said quietly.
Smoke meowed happily, purring and squirming on Derlik's lap.
I just figured you'd want to know something very, very important to you, but… Oh well. You'll find out eventually.
Derlik started to lightly tucked Smoke's side, beginning to play with him again. Still, his mind was elsewhere.
Nik took a shaky breath, chewing hard on his lip as he stayed tucked around himself.
Smoke purred again, shivering a little at the touch.
Derlik began to poke around Nik's mind. He didn't try to hide it from Nik, letting him know what exactly he was doing. He hummed softly to himself. He tickled Smoke, grinning. The car was adorable.
Nik flinched, shuddering. "Please…please leave me alone…" he said, trying not to cry.
Smoke purred louder, squirming as he was tickled.
Derlik sighed in Nik's mind. He patted Nik, then withdrew. Nik couldn't be alone forever, though. Night was approaching, and Derlik was going to make it fully clear what Nik's purpose was going to be here when it came time to sleep.
Derlik laughed lightly for Smoke, ruffling his hair a little.
Nik let out a shaky breath, still curled into a tiny ball, sniffling faintly and trying desperately not to break down in tears.
Smoke turned his face up, trying to nip at Derlik's fingers. He was still purring like crazy.
Derlik might have withdrawn from Nik's mind, but he was still keeping an eye on him. Joy, he was back on the edge of a metal breakdown! Derlik quite enjoyed that.
He cooed at Smoke, always taking his finger away just at the last moment when the cat tried to nip them.
Nik let out a shaky breath, shuddering a little bit and trying so desperately to calm.
Smoke meowed again, purring and nipping at Derlik's fingers.
Why don't you just give up already? Derlik couldn't help but chuckle at that.
He bent down to Smoke, managing to catch his cheek. He just turned to p the car back to normal, holding the now small kitten in his hand. He still played with the kitten, though.
Smoke meowed when he was changed back, squirming in Derlik's hand and purring happily. He licked at Derlik's fingers with his raspy, sandpaper tongue.
Derlik smiled as Smoke licked at his fingers. He pet the kitten's stomach teasingly as he stood. Night was fast approaching. He walked to the other side of the boulder, kneeling to look at Nik.
"Unfortunately," he said, his voice not matching his words, "you can't have anymore alone time. Night is coming, and with your size you'll freeze to death here."
Smoke purred happily, curling up in Derlik's arm and closing his eyes.
Nik stared up at him, rubbing his eyes with a hand. He didn't audibly respond to Derlik.
Derlik held Smoke close, gently rubbing him with one finger.
"You were doing so good about answering me earlier," Derlik said, disappointed. He reached out, offering his hand for Nik to crawl onto.
Nik flinched slightly, eyes flickering away. He sniffled quietly, looking down at his hands.
Smoke kept purring quietly.
Derlik frowned.
"You're going to be punished if you don't come willingly," he said dryly.
"Quit being such a baby."
Nik flinched a little bit, sniffling as he moved to stand on Derlik's hands.
"Good boy," Derlik said, also sarcastically. He stood, pulling his hand close to himself to keep Nik from falling off. He went around the boulder, kicking it. Now, it had more of a bed shape than a seat shape. Derlik settled down on it. He set Smoke down next to himself, then held Nik up to his laid down head.
"It's time you learn what your purpose here is going to be." He touched Nik's cheek, turning him into…
A plush doll. He still looked like himself, thankfully.
"You're going to be whatever the hell I need you to be. Understand? And you'd best answer."
Nik's eyes went wide with fear. He let out a faint whimper, trembling a little bit. "I…" he looked down at the ground as memories of how he had had to act when he worked on the streets came back. "I understand." he said faintly.
"Good boy." The words were softer now, more genuine. Derlik wrapped his arms around Nik, pulling him close and holding him securely to his chest as he settled down for the night. He was barely as tall as Derlik's head, and much thinner. Derlik reached up with one hand to rest it on Nik's head, rubbing him gently.
Nik closed his eyes tightly, trembling faintly. But he didn't speak, didn't protest. He'd learned a long time ago how to space out and stop caring what happened to his body.
It's not just your body now. Derlik had his eyes closed, but he smirked as he tried to sleep. This was fun. He wondered why he hadn't done it sooner.
Nik tried to sleep, his eyes closed tightly.
Derlik eventually fell asleep. He moved around in his sleep occasionally, but always Nik was held close. He wasn't giving Nik any freedom, not now.
