Cat held her hand. “I’d neve judge you and really you are the only person I actually talk to,” she admits.
Cat held her hand. “I’d neve judge you and really you are the only person I actually talk to,” she admits.
Aurelie smiled at her gratefully. “Thanks, love,” she responded, giving her hand a gentle squeeze for a moment. “Just you being here helps a little bit, to be honest. I don’t feel as worried as I did a couple of minutes ago.”
Cat smiled and kissed her on the cheek. "Same here. I feel so calm near you," She said wrapping an arm around her.
Aurelie leaned her head on Cat’s shoulder again, sighing again. But this time it was more a sigh of contentment than of stress. “I’m so lucky to have you here with me,” she added.
"I'm so happy that I met you," She said kissing her the forehead.
“Likewise,” echoed Aurelie, giving Cat a peck on the lips. “I don’t know what I would do without you.”
Cat held her close. “I know I’m pretty awesome,” she said smirking and looking out at the view.
“You’re very awesome,” agreed Aurelie with a slight bit of humor in her voice, even though she clearly meant what she said.
Cat smiled and gave her a quick kiss before turning back to the view.
Aurelie gazed out at the beautiful view. It was a nice day, with only a slight breeze and a perfect temperature, at least by Aurelie’s standards. This moment was so picturesque; it was the kind of thing she had dreamed of when she was younger.
Cat rested her head on Aurelie’s shoulder. Closing her eyes slightly.
Aurelie tried to drink in the moment. She didn’t want to ever forget this.
Cat stayed still holding onto Aurelie like if she let go she’d disappear.
Aurelie held tightly to Cat as well. “I think I have to leave soon,” she sighed.
Cat nodded. “Yeah. Should we rip off the bandage and go now or wait a few minutes?”
“I want to spend as much time with you as I can, so I think we should wait,” Aurelie admitted, her cheeks reddening slightly.
Cat nodded. “Ok but only a few minutes. I can’t kiss you if I’m stuck in the dungeon,” she jokes kissing her on the cheek.
“Okay, that seems fair,” Aurelie agreed contentedly. While she did want to spend more time with Cat, she also didn’t want to have to face her father and his expectations.
Cat laid her head back on her shoulder.
Aurelie stayed like that for a few more minutes, knowing that she would have to leave soon.
After a few minutes pass cat lifts her head.
“I guess that I should be leaving now,” Aurelie sighed, glancing at Cat. “Thank you for everything.”
“No problem and don’t worry I’ll see you tomorrow,” Cat said kissing her.
“Yeah, see you,” Aurelie repeated when she came up for air. She gave Cat one last quick kiss before turning to go.
“Do you want me to walk you back?” She asked standing up and grabbing the basket.
