(With who? :o)
Lucas frowned.
“Okay, there are two things wrong with that sentence,” he said, raising two fingers. “One, you can’t murder me if I’m already dead. Two, I said a building, not a bridge. I don’t fancy death by drowning, dear girlfriend.”
(I went out with my best friend, and I wanted to meet her boyfriend, so we invited him. Lol. But I still had fun! I didn’t feel like a 3rd wheel for very long.)
“Well, no jumping off of anything, okay? I don’t think I could stand to live without you…” Ashley trailed off, suddenly looking thoughtful. Especially not when I’m carrying your child…
(That’s good! I’m glad you had fun!)
Lucas barely held himself back from swooning at his girlfriend.
“C’mere, you,” he widened his arms, grinning widely, ready to smother her with kisses. “There’s no way I’d leave you, ever. Even after I die, I’ll stick to you as a ghost, protecting you.”
Ashley giggled as she was peppered with kisses. "That's good. I'm really glad to hear you say that. And I refuse to ever leave you, too, so you'd better get used to me, buddy," she joked with a grin.
Lucas let out a scoff.
“Yas, girl, haunt me for the rest of my life,” he said playfully, finally swooping down to capture her lips.
(They’re at home, right??)
(Yes. Lol.)
Ashley softly giggled again before letting herself get lost in the kiss. She reached a hand up to bury her hand in his hair, twisting it in her fingers as she kissed him back.
(Good. XD)
Lucas groaned into her mouth, pulling her closer before he left her lips and trailed gentle kisses down her neck, stopping right above her collarbone and gently nibbling on it.
(Lol. XD I see why.)
Ashley gasped, feeling heat flush her body at his actions. She let out a soft groan of her own as his teeth met her skin, and her fingers tightened in his hair.
“You want to…?” Lucas trailed off with a small gasp, pressing more gentle kisses on her neck, preparing to pick her up in his arms.
Ashley almost agreed before she remembered one important detail: she was pregnant.
"Lucas…" she trailed off with another groan as he left more kisses on her. "Pregnant…"
Lucas cursed out loud, pressing one last kiss on her shoulder before pulling away. He bent down, poking Ashley’s stomach accusingly.
“Listen, child, I love you, but get out of there quickly,” he said, narrowing his eyes. “I need to love my girlfriend, and you’re making it hard for me to do so.”
Ashley snorted, swatting at him playfully.
“Babe, there are many other ways you show that you love me. I think we can manage without this one for nine-ish months,” she said, leaning forward to press a kiss to his cheek.
Lucas poured before sighing in agreement.
“That’s true,” he nuzzled her stomach. “But still, kiddo, you’d better get out quickly. But like, not too much.”
“Hm, exactly. Not too quickly. That wouldn’t be good,” Ashley said, ruffling her boyfriend’s hair. “We should go lay down and cuddle…”
Lucas stood up, nodding.
“You want to maybe get some ice cream?”
“Ice cream sounds amazing right now,” Ashley said, smiling up at him. “Do you want to get that and meet me in bed?”
Lucas snorted.
"Of course. And I take it you want chocolate sauce on top?"
Ashley’s smile widened as she stood. “Of course!” she chuckled before kissing his cheek. “I’ll be in our room, then.”
Lucas quickly got the ice cream, poured them in two separate bowls. He smeared one with chocolate syrup while the other with sprinkles before he grabbed both bowls and walked back into their room.
“Strawberry ice cream with chocolate syrup for the lady,” he said dramatically, handing it to Ashley.
“Thanks, babe,” Ashley said with a light laugh as she took the bowl. She scooted up into a sitting position and spooned in a scoop of the frozen treat, humming contentedly.
Lucas took a seat next to her, taking small bites out of his ice cream.
“So, what do you want to do?”
(Skip?)
(Ugh…… Fine. Okay.
Maybe… Just the next morning? Day-to-day life stuff?)
