(Sure. Do you want me to start this time, or so you want to since it was your turn to post?)
(You can do it, because I have no idea what to write. XD)
(Lol. Okay.)
Ashley shut the water off and swept her wet hair out of her eyes. She shot Lucas a slightly breathless smile as she grabbed a towel and stepped out of the shower.
"You've definitely made up for cheating on the race," she joked with a chuckle as she dried herself off.
Lucas grinned, wrapping a towel around himself as he followed his girlfriend out of the shower.
“I’m glad, otherwise I would have suggested round two,” he joked back. “You want me to help you with the hair?”
"Nah, it's fine. Thanks, though," Ashley said as she flipped her hair down and wrapped the towel around it. She straightened back up and glanced over at Lucas again. "Well… Do you want breakfast? I think we have time for something quick if you're hungry."

(Thank you, friendly stalker!)
Lucas shrugged.
“I can just have an apple,” he said. “What about you? You want anything?”
“I was just thinking cereal, honestly. I don’t feel like having a big breakfast this morning,” Ashley said when a shrug as she dug through her dresser for something to wear.
Lucas nodded as he pulled out a shirt and jeans, getting dressed quickly.
“I’ll see you down, Ash,” he said, pressing a kiss to her cheek.
Ashley hummed her agreement, smiling at the kiss. With a sigh, she dug through the dresser again, trying to find the skirt she wanted. After a bit of searching, she pulled it out and grabbed the shirt she liked to wear with it.
Once she was dressed, her hair was brushed, and she’d put her makeup on, she headed downstairs to eat. “Find anything, babe?”
Lucas stuck his tongue out at her.
“I didn’t touch the stove,” he said, raising his hands. “I just took out the milk and cereal.”
I wasn’t supposed to be trusted in the kitchen. I could help with little things such as cutting vegetables, but never anything related to cooking something on the stove. I would either burn the dish only, or burn down the entire house. My parents were literally like chefs—unfortunately, I didn’t get their talent to cook. Eden snatched it all from me, that hungry twin of mine.
Ashley chuckled and walked over to kiss his cheek. “That’s not what I meant, but I’m glad you decided not to burn the house down today,” she joked as she poured herself a bowl of cereal. “I’m not sure if we could afford that, anyway.”
Lucas nodded as he grabbed himself an apple.
“I agree,” he nodded. “Anyway, we’ve got about twenty minutes left.”
“M’kay,” Ashley mumbled around a mouthful of Lucky Charms. “When do you have a break for lunch today?”
Lucas took a large bite out of his apple.
“Around eleven thirty,” he answered after swallowing. “What about you?”
“About ten minutes before then. I think I’ll go study in the library while I wait for you to text me,” Ashley mused, taking another bite of cereal.
Lucas nodded.
“Sounds good,” he said. “Hey, this isn’t tough for you, right? You’re doing good, right?”
Ashley hummed though yet another mouthful of food. “I mean, it is hard, but it’s not too hard. I can study well enough, and I’ve been getting good grades, too. I think I’ll do okay.”
Lucas shook his head.
“That’s not what I meant,” he ran his hand through his hair. “Are you doing okay here? So far from home?”
“Oh… Well, I mean, it’s been hard adjusting, of course. But I have you with me. And I call my parents at least twice a week, so that’s definitely helped,” Ashley answered softly, shrugging a bit.
Lucas walked up to her and wrapped his arms around her, pressing a soft kiss on the top of her head.
“If anything bothers you, tell me okay?” I said softly. “I’ll try my best to help you.”
Ashley sighed and set her bowl down to she could return the embrace. “Thank you, babe. I will. You’ve been so good to me. I’m glad we’re back together again.”
“I’m glad, too,” Lucas murmured. “Never will I ever let go of you again, or let you walk out of my life. Got it?”
