Asa was a bit jealous, she felt like he had already replaced her. No, it's his life. Her eyes wandered up to Kira then to Arashi. Are they a thing? Asa has to get out of this situation before she regrets something. Jax held Asa tighter, he knew exactly how she felt about Kira, but he decided a long time ago that he wasn't going to lose to him. "We should go. Our business is done." Jax wrapped his hand around Asa's wrist and started to drag her off. Looking back, Asa flashed a smile, to Kira as if to say it was nice to see him and she couldn't wait till next time. It quickly left her face so that Arashi wouldn't notice. Once they were off the building, Asa turned into Boss mode. "Jax, let go. You don't have to be so aggressive!" She yelled and tore her arm away. That's going to leave a mark.
Arashi watched as the other pair left. She reattached the whip to her belt and looked over to Kira. She had noticed the tension between the two and would let Kira talk when he needed to. She didn't need to know, it didn't effect her at the moment, "Sorry for interfering. I was worried that guy would start attacking."
Mre decided to walk home, cutting through an alley. It had gotten dark without him noticing so his mama and papa would start to worry, then get mad he missed dinner. It was a rule in the Reven family, don't ever miss dinners.
Jax and Asa went separate ways. Asa was pissed. Jax had no right to act that way, and what's worse is he interrupted her and Kira's time. While walking she kept her head low. It wasn't until she collided with something that she looked up. It was a guy. She made dead eye contact and when she did she realized her hood was off. "Sorry." She quickly said before pulling her hood up and walked off.
"It's my fault." He apologized, picking up his fallen book. "Wait, don't I know you from somewhere? School maybe? Do you do any clubs in the area?" Mre asked he recognized her from somewhere, he just couldn't put his finger on it.
Asa stopped. She's never seen him before. "You must be mistaken." But with Asa's pink hair and light blue eyes it was hard to mistake. "I've never seen you before." She pulled her hood up further, in case he actually does know her. *This is bad. If someone finds out I'll be killed by my parents and they'll never let me leave the house.
(Sorry if it takes me a while to respond. I'm a bit busy right now.)
"No, I'm pretty sure you're in one of my classes… Anya? Ally? Asa? I'm pretty sure it was Asa." He muttered the names to himself, listing them off on his fingers. "Yeah! Asa, we have chemistry together, you sit in the back."
"Listen, don't tell anyone about this." She spun around and glared at him. This was the one thing she tried her best not to get into. A situation where someone finds out. "If you do, I could kill you." She never actually killed anyone, but she has sent a few people to the hospital.
(Ah crap, I gotta go, can I reply in the morning?)
(I'm so sorry, I passed out!)
After watching Asa and Jax walk off, Kira turned to Arashi with a tired smile. "Come on, lets go home, I hate to think what the rest of the gang have done to the hideout in our absence. And…" his eyes wandered to the street far below them, why had Asa chosen the tallest building to stand on? "We need to have words with Miki."
He stepped towards the edge and turned around to face Ara, a bright, wild look in his eyes. "Well? What are you waiting for?" With those last words he leaned backwards, allowing his body to fall into the blackness. He loved doing that, the sensation of almost dying was a satisfaction he hadn't found anywhere else.
"Listen, don't tell anyone about this." She spun around and glared at him. This was the one thing she tried her best not to get into. A situation where someone finds out. "If you do, I could kill you." She never actually killed anyone, but she has sent a few people to the hospital.
"Okay, first off, what the hell! You can't just go around sending out death threats, I'm pretty sure that's against the law. Second off, why would I? You're not doing anything illegal, are you?" Mre prompted.
Ara rolled her eyes as she watched Kira just free fall down the side of the building. She walked up to the building and then calmly after him falling down the building feet first with a slight grin on her face. The adrenaline took her body as she fell off the building. She loved that feeling and it was one of the reasons why she couldn't wait to get her motorcycle working so she could get this adrenaline rush without having to fight someone or do something stupid like this.
"I mean, I usually beat up random people for the thrill of it. We do steal once in a while." Asa, thought for a moment, why can she just beat him up, it would make things easier and it would keep his mouth shut, maybe. "Just don't tell anyone, and I'll leave you alone." She rolled her eyes getting tired of this situation. She took her hood off, there was no need to keep it on.
Mre shrugged. "I don't have anyone to tell, I won't tell anybody." He agreed, backing away slowly with his book clutched to his chest. He did not want to die today.
Kira caught up to Miki, thumping him on the head for being a dunce. "You are in the wrong territory, idiot. Were you trying to get yourself hurt?"
"I'm sorry, I thought we were located over in this direction." Miki smiled apologetically, chuckling nervously as he rubbed his head. Miki turned to find Ara close behind Kira, and he suddenly felt a little shy. Kira noticed this and shook his head, rolling his eyes. "Come on, lets get home."
"Good." Asa gave him the usual cute smile, the one at school, that drove most the guys crazy. "I guess I'll see you at school." Unlike her gang members who lived in the abandoned building, she had a home to go to. No one, not even Kira knew of her double life. She felt if they knew they would reject her, thinking she was some rich girl who was just ungrateful for her life. Once at her house she climbed up the side of her home(Which was made of brick) and climbed in through the window. Quickly changing threw her other clothes under her bed. Asa then hoped into bed and waited for morning to come.
Ara gave a nod and followed them along. She crossed her arms and shook her head, what caused Kira to invite this idiot into the gang. Well, it was gang full of idiots. Her eyes glanced up to see the moon high in the sky, the night was just reaching it's peak. She may need to go home sooner than later, but Arashi would stick around for as long as she could.
It was hard for Asa to fall asleep. She was still thinking about Kira, and although she didn't want too, she couldn't help it. He was like a curse that she could never find a cure too. "Damn it." She got up and just paced around her room. Should I go out again and try to talk to him? Maybe it wasn't he fault that day. No, no, you have your own gang to run now. And Jax needs to be put in his place. But that girl, how does she feel about Kira? Jealousy it not attracted, I need to stop. Many thoughts ran through her head. Her parents were dead asleep, so it didn't matter if she snuck out again. Plus it's still early in the night. Asa was already in her night gown and her wavy pink hair was brushed out. She though it might be nice to go out like this and not worry about the gang for now. She slipped a coat on and put on some shoes and head back out into the night. It felt nice to just be her. Not the rich proper girl her parents wanted her to be, but also not act strong around her gang. Down the street a bit was a park that she used to go to a lot when she was younger. Sitting on the swing she looked up at the stars and smiled.
Mre had gotten back home, just in time to set the table and spoon out the curry, after apologizing to his mama and papa first. When they finished he offered to help his siblings wash up to make up for being late, to which his parents laughed and told him they were going to make him do it anyway.
Kira had his own reasons for inviting each member to the gang. They weren't as stupid as they made themselves out to be. On the surface, every male and female of that gang appeared to be idiots who wouldn't know the difference between a fork and a spoon, but there was something special about each of them that Kira discovered through 1-to-1 initiation, an initiation he hadn't given to Arashi.
Miki wasn't a hopeless cause, he knew exactly what he was doing by 'getting lost'. During the initiation, Kira discovered that Miki was extremely perceptive with photographic memory. Something he lacked in, however, was combative skill.
Kira never told other members what he found special about another member, he believed in confidentiality. If he treated everyone the same when they were together, there was no cause for arguments or unnecessary fights.
As they reached the hideout, someone from inside, Len, noticed it was them, and instantly deactivated the lasers with a salute. "Everything was clear tonight I assume?"
"Of course, no trouble at all." Kira chuckled, patting Miki on the shoulder. "This little tyke just got a little lost."
With a firm nod, Len joined the rest of the members, who were either sparring or discussing day to day things. Kira turned to Miki with a stern expression. "I would like to speak to you when everyone else has gone."
(I'm imagining now that Arashi just walked up to the gang and said 'I'm apart of this now'. And no one contested.)
Arashi walked into the hideout and hung out by one of the walls just watching from the sidelines. She had never bothered to really talk to most of the other gang members, observing them and their mannerisms from a distance. Sure, they all may have their uses, but she really didn't care. Her eyes took another quick sweep across everyone either sparring or talking with others. She lived a lonely life, but she wasn't going to try and change it any time soon.
As Asa was swinging, without her knowledge someone had snuck up behind her grabbing by the hair. She fell to the ground, and looked up, the only thing was he or she was wearing all black and even had goggles on. "Don't scream." A cold blade was held to her throat. This has happened many times that she wasn't scared. Asa decided it was a guy, by how easily he pulled her up by the hair. What the hell! Now was the worst time to be taken somewhere, she had none of her weapons on her. Hand to hand might work, but doing that without the knowledge of who your fighting and their skills might be a mistake. I can't call the gang. I definitely can't call Kira. Guess I'll have to figure this out on my own. Them men took her to what looked like an old warehouse and chained her up. Just what I need. My parents are going to kill me. "Do you know who I am?" Asa looked him up and down, but by the way he was dressed she couldn't tell. "Nope sorry. Can I leave now." A few laughs echoed around her. There were more. "Asa Hoshino, the leader of Arc Angels. You took some of my people and sent others to the hospital. Plus, I have a score to settle with Kira. Now where is he?" Asa just shrugged. She didn't know where he was hiding. "Well, you ain't leaven till you tell me. Sleep well." He and the others walked out leaving her chained to a pole.
(This is going to be a third gang that shows up once in a while.)
(I like this ^-^ For some reason 'Blood Hunters' came to mind? Or 'Fire Children')
The night progressed, and if the gang members were to continue living their normal lives in the daytime, they needed a proper amount of sleep.
Kira gathered everyone around him, glancing at each member with proud eyes. "I want you all to remember that you need to keep your two lives separate. You've done a great job so far, so please keep it up. Stay safe, I'll see you all here again tomorrow."
The other members saluted, wishing each other and Kira a good night. Len noticed Ara by the wall as he was about to leave, and slowly approached her. "We live in the same area, I was wondering if I could walk with you?"
Miki stayed behind like Kira had asked, and it was clear the boy thought he was in trouble. "What did you wish to talk to me about?"
"We'll talk when everyone has left." Kira replied, his eyes on Len and Arashi.
