Kira clenched his fists, he should have chosen something different to say had he known she was just been an ass. Hopefully no one else was inside the hide out yet, if they were he was about to get no rest for the next few days. He glanced around him, no one was watching from outside.
Why I put myself through this I will never know.
His fists relaxed and he took a deep breath. "I saID, ARA IS THE BEST GIRL IN THE WORLD!"
Ara let out a short laugh before turning the lasers off. She had a grin on before slipping it off again. She couldn't show that much emotion, not to the other gang members, "Correct! Though anything you would have said also would have been correct. The lasers are off now."
"Boss." Asa turned to look at Jax one of the gang members. He jerked his head to the entrance and saw one of the enemy gang members walking by. "Leave him, he's not bothering us." Even though she said that, she kept a close eye on him in case he started something. Right now she didn't want to ruin her fun. "Keep a close eye on him." Jax nodded and headed to the roof to watch. Asa had a bad feeling and set her beer down. She decided to follow behind him. Grabbing her baseball bat, she headed out into the dark.
"I can see that." Kira mumbled, walking through the gap where the lasers once were. He was about to make his way over to Ara to give her a little thump on the arm, but snickers and giggles caused him to stop in his tracks. Slowly, with something of a pained smile, Kira turned on the balls of his feet, and came face to face with the rest of his gang members. Each and every one of them had smirks on their faces. He glared daggers, his eyes shining dangerously underneath his hood. Instantly they turned away and went about their business like nothing had happened. Kira turned to Ara with a concerned frown. "Miki is missing, where is he?"
Ara looked around the gang for a quick second. She didn't recall Miki leaving, or even entering in the first place. She let out a slight shrug, "I don't know. He didn't show today. The only idea I have is that he might have gone to scout around. That could be a problem if it's true though."
"If he's out there alone who knows what could happen if the Arc Angels get to him." Kira knew that Miki was more of a pushover than one to stand up for himself, he was only young after all. "I'm going to go and search for him, do you think you can handle things here until I get back?"
"I could," Ara agreed with him. She looked around the gang, "Or any other person here could and I could come with. If someone spotted him, it's more likely they'll be two or more people. Do you really want to go up against Arc Angels alone with Miki? Or with Miki and me?"
"I'd rather face her alone." Kira knew that only one person would be on the prowl if Miki had been spotted. That being said, he didn't like saying no to Ara. "You may come along if you wish, but do so at your own risk." Without another word, Kira turned to leave the building, lowering his hood. If he was to fight tonight, he wanted her to see him.
Ara gestured to one of the other gang members to take her place before heading out after Kira. She wasn't going to let him go alone, even if he was sure it was just going to be her. She didn't like the idea of someone going alone our into Arc Angels territory, even though that person was the gang leader.
Asa followed in the darkness, stalking, the kid? He seems young, I wonder why Kira would bring such a young kid into the gang. Jax was following from above. He was the one right under Asa and he best fighter besides herself. "Asa, your not going soft are you?" Jax asked through the ear com. "Of course not." But in reality she had a soft spot for weak people. The feeling of protecting someone felt good. Maybe it was because her parents ignored her, so she got bullied a lot. In the distance she heard foot steps and turned into a corner and watched from the shadows. "Jax be careful." Blue Moon, it had to be.
So far, Kira hadn't seen her. He knew she was out there, but her skills were getting better. She'd definitely come a long way since she started the Arc Angels. At first he used to hide from her, since he had no real knowledge of her full potential, but over the last few months he can't have been more obvious with giving away his every move. Despite knowing that Ara was following him, he put in his earphones and turned his music up to the highest volume. "Perfect!" he shouted as the music began. With one last smile, he ran.
Lets see if Ara can keep up today.
Something one of his members had questioned him about was how was he able to move fluently in a fight or when running. He always gave the same answer. Music.
(Hey, if you're down for it can Asa be an Ex Blue Moon? I just think it would add something cool to the Rp.)
(Oh my gods, I like that a lot! Yes of course!)
Ara watched Kira as he ran off after shouting perfect. She had never asked how he could move so fluidly, no need to get information that didn't apply to her. Arashi began to sprint after him taking unhooking her whip from her belt. She wasn't sure if she needed it yet, but it was better to have it than not.
Asa watched as Kira walked the streets. She made sure to stay out of the street lights and kept her hood up. Seeing Kira was the last thing he wanted. He basically taught her everything she knows. Back when she was in Blue Moon, the two were close, in fact she had a huge crush on him. That was until he betrayed her and left her to an enemy gang. (Which is just what she thinks, he could have a totally different side to the story.) She so badly wanted him to save her. When she finally got back to the gang the leader back then kicked her out for being too weak. "Asa, be careful, they are headed your way." Jax always had her back and she knew how he felt about her, but for some reason she could only see him as a friend. Quietly and swiftly she climbed up a ladder to the top of the building she was next to, it was safer than being on the ground.
(Just listened to that song and I love it!)
He sang the next song in his head, each footstep in time with the beat. The buildings were on his side that night, every drainpipe and bin perfectly placed to give him the boost and support he needed to scale the walls. Then he saw her, right in front of his eyes, with her back towards him. Even in the dark she was still as beautiful as the day he lost her. No, don't think about it, what happened, happened. You can not change it now!
The dagger was removed from its sheath so quickly, only the wind heard any sound. He wrapped one arm around her waist from behind, holding the dagger against her neck. He leaned close to her ear and whispered. "Hello, Ara Hashimoto. Long time no see."
(It's one of many songs I have on my 'Training' playlist haha)
(It's Asa, haha.)
"Well, if it isn't my old friend." Even though they were on opposite sides, when he touched her, her heart would begin to speed up, and the warmth of his skin sent shivers down her side. "What brings you to my territory?" She pulled her hood down exposing her long silk like pink hair. Her use eyes practically glowed under the night sky. She tuned slightly to look back at him, which cut her a bit. Damn, I'm going to have to make an excuse now. Kira was still as handsome as ever, she wasn't going to deny she was still in love with him. But, she was kicked out of that gang, which meant it would never work out for them. But she prayed one day it might. Reaching her arm up she pulled one of the earbuds from his ear and smiled. "We can't talk if you have that in."
Kira wasn't an idiot, he knew that Asa had feelings for him, but by the time he realised, it was too late. The night Asa was kicked out of Blue Moon was the night his house was broken into. As soon as he received the call from his little sister that there was someone in the house, he ran home to deal with it. He had no idea that Asa was kicked from the gang until he came back. Rage consumed his senses and he challenged everyone who had voted for her to be kicked. That night knocked their numbers down to half, and the dead body count rose. He couldn't take her back, not after she had been betrayed by them once before — she would have never trusted them again. Kira let out a soft chuckle as the earbud fell away, and he lowered the dagger away from Asa after realising it had nicked her a little. "What brings me here is a little boy named Miki. He probably got lost, he's a forgetful boy. You've had someone watching him and I'd like to know where he is." While he spoke, his eyes were locked on the earpiece that Asa had. "Ask lover boy where he is, please, I would like to take him home."
(I love their relationship already!)
Asa Smiled and pressed the button on her ear com with her free hand. "Oh, love boy, draw back. He's fine." Dropping the ear piece she raised her hands, showing she had no intention to fight right now. "Lover boy? Since when have you called me that?" Jax climbed the roof only to see Asa and Kira basically inches apart. His jealousy rose and he ran over getting in between the two. "What did you do to her." Asa rolled her eyes. Jax needed to learn when to control his emotions. "Jax calm down, we were just talking." But he didn't, he glared at Kira as if he was challenging him. "Jax, seriously, stop." Grabbing his shoulder she tried to pull him back, but she shoved her off making her fall. Stumbling back her foot caught the edge of the building, she leaned forward, barely making it back on the roof. Damn Jax, what the hell?
Ara stepped out from where she had been waiting in the shadows. She could see the other boy was making what was a peaceful interaction, hostile. Her hand was still holding her whip as she moved to stand beside Kira. She recognized Asa vaguely not having run in with hers all that often, and she had joined after the 'massacre' as some of the older members called it. Her voice was cold and cut through the air, "You heard her. Stop."
Kira's smile faded as Asa almost fell. He swiftly moved over to her, holding her against him protectively. They may technically have been enemies, but that didn't mean he couldn't protect her if he was around. His eyes trailed over to Jax, his heart thumping loudly against his chest as adrenaline coursed through his veins. "You'd better apologise to her or so help me you will not live to see the next sunrise."
Asa's face turned bright red. This reminded her of the past, it felt nice. "Asa, I apologize. I didn't mean to hurt you, it was the last thing I want to do." Jax looked up to Kira, who was holding Asa close and glared. There was nothing he could do at this point. Asa would be pissed if he started a fight. "I'll be taking her now." Her grabbed her arm and pulled her to him. Asa felt lonely when she was pulled away from Kira. "And who might this be?" Asa asked to get her mind off of things. I haven't seen her before.
"That little lady there is a pain in my ass, never does as she's told." Kira chuckled, sliding a glance at Arashi. "But she's loyal, oil stains and all."
Was there a hint of jealousy in the air? Surely Asa wasn't jealous of Arashi, right? Perhaps jealousy was stated in the Arc Angels' enrollment requirement.
Note to self: Annoy the crap out of Jax. As his eyes made his way back to Jax, his blood began to boil. No one, no one, puts a Blue Moon in danger, whether they're an ex member or current, once a Blue Moon, always a Blue Moon.
