"I guess I kind of lied about my name and history?" Antonio finally admitted. He still didn't want to say his real identity, but it may be his best way out of the situation, "I, It wasn't out of malicious intent, I promise you, but I didn't, I still don't, know how you're going to react to who, I, am…"
He frowned a little, studying Antonio. "What do you mean?" He said in a guarded tone, eyes narrowing.
Antonio took a deep breath upon shearing Quin's guarded voice. He almost came out and said it, but given the time and the situation he needed some assurance he would be fine for the night, "I, promise me you won't immediately kick me out after I say, or at least give me a night before doing so."
Quinn studied him for a long moment. "I promise." He said slowly, crossing his arms. "Now tell me."
Antonio took another deep breath before calmly stating as calmly as he could at least, "My real name is Antonio Pearl, crown prince of Aurel."
Quinn let out a low, slow breath, raising his eyebrows a little bit. "…I see."
"Yeah," Antonio almost let out the breath he had been holding given Quinn hadn't had that violent of a reaction to his little secret.
Quinn stared at him silently for a long moment. "You gonna put me under arrest for what I said about your father?"
"No," Antonio said after a moment of hesitation, "After what I've seen, your comments are warranted."
Quinn closed his eyes, rubbing his forehead with one hand. "Yeah." he mumbled. "You've gotta leave, though. The city, I mean. You can't…if you got sick…"
"I know," Antonio replied feeling slightly sick remembering all he had seen while here, "But if I leave I want you to come with me."
Quinn opened his eyes, narrowing them at Antonio. "What…why?" he asked slowly.
"I came here to learn more about this city and its plight," Antonio began, "with the hopes of maybe getting my father to do something about it. If I have to leave before I can get enough experience, well I guess I'll just have to take someone with more experience with me, won't I?"
Quinn frowned a little. "I…I don't know if I should. I have…so much to do here." He said, looking around the room helplessly.
"And you could do more for everyone by coming with me," Antonio countered.
He bit his lip anxiously, unsure.
"I'll give you the night to think about it, alright?" Antonio offered the unsure boy.
"Alright." Quinn replied, frowning faintly.
"Alright," Antonio agreed with a little nod.
He let out a slow breath. "I…" He trailed off, shaking his head slightly.
Antonio looked over at Quinn when he started to speak, but he said nothing.
He sighed faintly, closing his eyes. "This is…a lot."
"I- I would assume so," Antonio replies after a moment.
He ran his hands through his hair, biting his lip faintly.
Antonio didn't know what to say so he stayed silent.
