He closed his eyes again, pulling her closer.
She shrugged her shoulders. "Nah, I don't think so."
He closed his eyes again, pulling her closer.
She shrugged her shoulders. "Nah, I don't think so."
She hummed softly and nuzzled into his embrace.
“Really?” Sophie perked up at that. “Why not?”
He kept holding her, quite content to do so.
"Because if everyone was exactly the same it would be boring. Sometimes a whirlwind is great."
And she was more than content to just be held by him.
Sophie smiled, a faint blush rising to her cheeks at the term. “Thanks. And I agree with that. People aren't cutouts. We all have unique traits. The question is do they embrace them.”
He let out a soft breath.
"Yes, exactly."
She hummed softly and looked up at him.
Sophie grinned, a little relieved that Raven seemed to share her opinion of life and didn't judge her for it either.
He looked down at her, smiling softly.
Raven smiled back, stretching for a moment.
She smiled sweetly back and kissed his cheek.
Sophie hummed a little as she watched her. “Let’s see… I think it's my turn now, right?”
He returned the kiss with a soft one of his own.
"Yes, I believe so."
She blushed a little but smiled.
“Alright…” Sophie nodded as she tried to think of a question.
"Are we just going to sit here all day? I don't mind if we are." he said in a soft, lazy tone.
She let Sophie think, not pressuring her at all.
“Maybe.” she shrugged. “I don't mind either if we do. Unless you have something you want to do?”
“Ok, another easy one.” Sophie hummed. “What’s your favorite meal or food?”
"I do not have anything that I can think of, no." he replied, giving her a quick, soft smile.
She smiled, thinking. "Mm…I'm not sure. Perhaps burgers?"
She hummed happily. “Honestly, I’m trying not to think about what I could be doing today.”
“A classic choice.” Sophie nodded.
He laughed softly. "Ah, I see."
She shrugged. "Yeah, I suppose so."
“Do you blame me?” she smiled, nuzzling his cheek.
Sophie chuckled and gave a small shrug of her own. “Honestly, I don't really have a favorite.”
He shook his head. "No, I don't." he said, smiling a little.
She laughed softly. "Not at all?"
She smiled again and kissed him.
“I like a lot of things but I can't really rank one as my all-time favorite.” Sophie nodded. “Though… I guess I can never say “no” to good sashimi.”
He returned the kiss happily.
She nodded. "That makes sense." she agreed in a soft tone.
She gently cupped his face as she kissed him.
“I’m not being too obvious that I’m a “water girl”, am I?” Sophie asked, blushing a little.
He hummed very faintly, leaning closer.
She laughed a little. "Nah, you're good."
She smiled softly into the kiss before pulling back slowly.
“Oh, good.” Sophie chuckled in relief.
He opened his eyes to look at her.
She smiled again.
She smiled softly and brushed back a lock of his hair.
“Your turn, I think.” Sophie nodded.
He smiled, kissing her forehead.
"It is." she thought for a moment. "Uhm…least fvorite food?"
