"Almost," She grinned like the Cheshire Cat. "Want to match me totally?"
"Almost," She grinned like the Cheshire Cat. "Want to match me totally?"
"Absolutely. Purple is my favorite color."
Arwen stepped closer, and smushed the side of her face to Diana's. "Now we match."
Oh god. She's so close…close enough to- Her cheeks were hot, and she was smiling. "Wouldn't want to feel left out."
"Now you aren't! We ought to take a picture of this or something," She suggested. Why did I do this…? To closetoclosetoclose
"I got you, gimme a sec." Diana wiped as much paint off her hands and onto her jeans as she could, and pulled out her phone, holding it up and snapping a couple of pictures.
"Now that our photoshoot is over, I'll be right back," She disappeared through the door, down the hall and returned with a small bucket of blue paint. "I have an idea."
"Oh, your ideas are the best!" Diana grinned, trying to wipe at some of the paint and just making it worse.
To keep a memory of this fateful day, let us both, and Bas of course, leave a handprint!" She declared, sticking her hand back into the paint.
At the mention of his name, Bas seemed to suddenly appear in the room, right by Arwen's feet. "Brilliant. Do you ever come up with bad ideas?"
"Oh, all the time. You seem to bring the good ideas out though," She blushed and stuck her hand onto the wall.
"Huh. I think I'm down with being inspiration." Diana joked, dipping her own hand in the paint.
"Sweet," Arwen lifted Bas up to put his paw on the wall.
Diana placed her hand on the wall, accidentally pressing a bit too hard and splattering the paint a bit. "Uh, whoops…"
"It adds character! Nothing is whoops about it."
"It looks like I tried to high five the wall." She stated, nodding her head thoughtfully.
Arwen nodded in agreement. "Damn, I forgot a sharpie, be right back."
Diana watched her go, and looked back down at her paint covered hand, an idea sparking in her head.
Arwen walked into her bedroom, in search for a sharpie. Finally, she found one and hurried back to Diana's room.
Diana dipped her hand back in, smiling brightly, and a bit mischievously.
"Oh no," Arwen subconsciously said, looking at Diana's paint-covered hand.
"Hey, Arwen." Diana stepped towards her, keeping her hand down.
"Yeah…?" She asked warily, keeping an eye on her hand.
Diana raised her hand once she was about a foot from Arwen, grinning wickedly. "It's blue."
"It is," She was now looking at Diana with a strange expression. "Are you alright?"
