"Oooh, like a sunset!" She laid her head on his shoulder and sighed.

"Yeah, you could put it that way. I guess I've always just liked sunsets."

"I like seeing the stars at night. And rainbows. Rainbows are amazing." She absolutely loved anything mysterious.

"Stars, huh? You really are just like Lydia." He mumbled under his breath.

"Is that bad?" she asked worriedly.

"No, just kind of sad…" He missed his sister so much it was painful. But there was nothing he could really do about it.

"Oh." She wrapped her arms around him, hoping that would make him feel at least a little bit better.

"I wonder if she's even still alive. They'd tell me if my sister was dead, wouldn't they?"
