Fox nods, and shows why they can't talk. (AKA the stitched together mouth.) They stick their tongue out a little bit as well, trying to make Melanie laugh.

Melanie smiles, and she chuckles a little after looking curiously at Fox's stitched mouth in awe and sympathy. "Huh, no wonder. I mean, it's not really good that you can't talk, but I'm genuinely curious as to what happened. I haven't seen anyone like you before-both in reality and in my head-that's meant to be a compliment."
Fox smiles, taking the compliment. They pat Melanie on the head softly.
"Oh," Melanie looks down, "I'm going to check on Jax, that boy you helped. I think he's still scared of me though. I don't know why and I want to know…"
Jax can either go to the left, or straight.
Jax goes straight, feelng that it would be easier on his legs then turning.
He reaches a opening, down below looks like a nurses office.
Fox nods, and waits to follow
Melanie walks over to the vent where Jax was, and notices that he's continued to crawl through the vent. "Oh, no. Should we follow him?"
Jax gives a sigh, slowley letting himself down.
There's no one in the room, thankfully. There's enough medical supplies to patch up his leg.
Met sighed softly when Fox had first left him and spunk back into his room, which was a few yards away. He went into his corner and sat down, leaning into the walls with a tiny, unhappy sigh. He met someone p, then they left him. Was he surprised? No.
"Okay, to stop the blood I need to wrap the bandage around. I need ice to numb it." He muttered to himself, limping over to the desk to prop himself up.
Fox remembers about Met, and gestures for Melanie to follow.
"Why? Jax went through the vent. We should be following him, right?" Melanie tilts her head, her eyes in a skeptical scowl.
(Oh Crisp, I might be shipping with Lex instead of that’s ok.)
Jax really wants to just flip off everyone.//
Fox takes her hand, and leads her to look for Met. Eventually finding Met in his room.
(That's fine :3)
Melanie pulls back, resisting, something else overcoming her. "No! Don't take me! Please! I don't want to go! I want my Mommy!" Melanie struggles against Fox's grip, but she's way too weak to do anything.
(Schizophrenia is when people have different split personalities, and their change is apparent. Melanie's changed from curious to scared child)
(Honey schizophrenia is not when someone has different personalities.)
… No it's not… As someone with Schizophrenia, no it's not.//
(“a long-term mental disorder of a type involving a breakdown in the relation between thought, emotion, and behavior, leading to faulty perception, inappropriate actions and feelings, withdrawal from reality and personal relationships into fantasy and delusion, and a sense of mental fragmentation.”)
It's where you hear and see things that aren't there, leading for you to beilive it. At least, that's what I have.//
Fox stops, and lets go over her hand. They start to continue looking for Met.
(Oh…oof)
(You’re thinking of DID.
Which is v v v different from schizophrenia.
“Dissociative identity disorder is characterized by the presence of two or more distinct personality identities. Each may have a unique name, personal history, and characteristics.”)
