He figured it was a rhetorical question so he provided no answer if she wanted an answer she would probably yell at him. He let her treat the wound but found himself getting very light headed.

Laura kept quiet as she mopped up the blood, more coming. Sighing weakly, she reached for the medical kit to pull out bandages to wrap him up. She was no medical expert, so she was doing what she could.

He kept quiet as well, before he started to sway a tiny bit from how light headed he was although he was still trying desperately to focus.

"What's wrong with you?" Laura asked bitterly, still wrapping him up with the white bandages. She tried to get him to sit up straight, having a difficult enough time as is.

"a-ah! Sorry." He strughled but eventually sat up straight, his lead headedness getting worse so he closed his eyes and breathed in and out. Repeatedly. Until he eventually passed out falling backwards from lightheaded ness.

"What the-" Laura cut herself off, looking down at the unconscious body in her arms. Mentally she strung a long list of cuss words she was muttering under her breath. "Well if you were about to pass out you could have told me." She mumbled, groaning weakly as she laid him there on the bed. Now what was she supposed to do? She wasn't a doctor, and her help was out for the weekend. Of course this was the week she let him take off. The week she would need him most. So she sort of sat there, unsure what to do.

He looked kinda inocent in his sleep, like a little kid. Something buzzed, repeatedly in his pocket.

Laura sighed weakly, leaving him to lay on his stomach. When the buzzing persisted, she reached for it, pulling out the buzzing item.

It was his phone. Someone was texting him repeatedly. It was labeled 'sis'

Laura rolled her eyes, scanning over the messages rather quickly as she typed a response. It wasn't very nice, but she wasn't very nice. Why should she bother with politeness? 'He's busy right now. He'll text you later.'

'and you are? I don't recall him having an s/o' she texted back. 'whats he doing thats making him so busy?'

Laura groaned, pinching the bridge of her nose. 'I am not his 'significant other'. It's none of your business what he's doing, or who I am. He will text you late.' She repeated, trying not to let her annoyance build anymore.

' okay if your not his s/o then who are you? Of course it's my business I'm his little sister you twat. Is he in danger because of you I'm going to kick your flabby a** into next week'

'Listen. I'm not in the mood for this. Your brother is fine. Now, for the love of everything that's peaceful, please stop texting him.' She finally responded, dropping his phone besides him. She mumbled under her breath as she got up and walked off.

'you seriously expect me to believe this?' the texts stopped after that of course.

((I'm sorry for not responding. I had a long day, and honestly just lost all energy to respond last night.))

Laura left him alone for quite some time, coming back an hour or so later. She probably shouldn't have just left him alone, but she didn't feel like sitting there. Now she carried a glass of water, and a bottle of pills. Most likely some kind of pain medication.

he kinda just stayed passed out while she left, nothing new cept maybe him rollling around. There had been one new notification but bsides that his phone had been silent.

Laura groaned, leaving the water and medicine to sit on the table besides him. It wasn't like she could just wake him up from going unconscious, so she just had to wait. Quietly she made her way to her closet. After a couple of minutes, she pulled out a pair of loose and comfortable clothes she had kept from her ex. Sighing once again, she dropped the clean clothes onto the bed besides him before disappearing off to who knows where.

Three loud thuds sounded on the door. Nikko stired a little bit but didnt wake up.

Laura groaned, getting up immediately after sitting down. Couldn't she get five minutes of quiet? Muttering under her breath, she yanked the door open and gave the person a dull sneer. "What?"

Standing there was a small girl around 4ft range but almost 5ft. She had pink hair up in twin buns, a eyepatch on one eye and a grimace on her face. she had her arms crossed wearin mostly pink and black. she looked her up and dwn. "tch. Wheres my brother?"

Laura's eyes practically rolled into the back of her head as she pinched the bridge of her nose. "He's fine. Just go home, alright?' She insisted, attempting to shut the door.

she stuck her foot in. "Not until i see him." she grabbed the edge of the door and started pushing open. she was suprisingly strong

Laura gave up trying to shut the girl out, gently hitting her head against the door before letting the girl in. She was too tired for this. "Fine. If it'll get you to leave me alone." She muttered, briskly walking down the hallway. She expected the girl to follow, yanking her door open for the girl to see her brother. "Happy?"

She followed laura through the house and to the room where nikko was, walking over to her brother. she noticed that he was bandaged up and flipped him over seeing the large gash on his back. "What happened to him." she demanded.

"Your guess is a good as mine. Some bastard beat the hell out of him. That's all I know." Laura stated simply, leaning against the door frame.

"When i find them, i will rip them a gash all there own." she had an insane look in her eyes. "thanks for patching him up."

"Right." Laura rolled her eyes, not seeming to believe the child. She crossed her arms loosely, cringing a little at the gratitude she received. "Yeah. Whatever."

"anything else happen to him I need to about?" She didn't look at the girl pulling out her phone sending a quick message before putting it away. "oh I'm serious about the threat." She said casually

"Depends what you consider important." Laura shrugged, pushing off the doorway. "And sure thing, princess. Whatever you say."
