"I wouldn't be too sure of that." She said, completely ignoring the wink as she continued to drink, "I don't like following directions, as you can clearly tell, so don't even expect me to listen to your every command." Her gaze drifted back to the sea for a few moments before moving to the crew again, causing her to take another sip of the whiskey, "Tell me about your crew, I don't want to go around calling everyone 'you'."

Taking a few more sips of whiskey he looked out to the horizon admiring the view. He smiled, so she had taken an interest in the crew. "The order thing won't be a problem, I don't give much out anyways unless its for taking other ships." He said with a grin. "As for the crew, glad to see you have taken an interest, the boy who saved you is Alro, my second mate. Those two older gentleman with him are John and Lemony. As for the rest of the crew, you know part of them since they used to be with your old one, and the others you will learn their names. They are a good bit of gentleman."

@gracehustle

Reva nodded, the whiskey already making her mind a bit fuzzy much to her delight. "I'm not interested in your crew. I only wanted to learn their names." She said, matching the names he had told her to the members of the crew, "And I suppose I'll just call you captain since you don't seem to have any other name?" She took another swig of whiskey and looked out over the water, scowling at nothing in particular.

Jerome shook his head and smirked. "Such a feisty one aren't ya? And the names Jerome, Captain Jerome." He took another swig of his whiskey, finishing already half of the bottle. Alro, John, and Lemony still peering from distance at Jerome moved from the mast down to the deck. "I don't suppose miss stubborn has a name then?" He asked with a calm tone, still looking off into the horizon.

@gracehustle

"Reva." She took another sip of her whiskey and looked over at him with a small glare, "My name is Reva, and yes. I am feisty, and stubborn, and a pain in the ass most of the time." Her bottle wasn't quite as empty as his, though it was getting there. She jerked her head towards Alro while drinking some more, "Which is why I don't understand why he helped me."

@Elliott-isnt-dead! group

Jerome drank some more of his whiskey, almost emptying the bottle. "Reva, what a nice name, and your right about being a pain in the ass." He stayed watching the horizon. "Alro has always been kind like that, merciful if you will. He always set out to impress, he saw you interested me, and the boy saved you. I admire it though, he's a good kid. It is afterall, how he became second mate." He chuckled. With that, Aro, John, and Lemony continued to watch Jerome and his whiskey.

@gracehustle

She let out a sharp laugh, "I interest you?" She shook her head and grinned, "You must be mental." Reva tipped the bottle back and drained a good portion of it, looking around at the ship and studying it. If this was going to be her new home of sorts for who knew how long she might want to learn where everything is. She rested a hand on her cutlass and glanced up at the mast, suddenly wanting to climb to the crow's nest and look around.

Jerome laughed. "You never know, you could be right." Leaning a little closer to her he whispered. "It might be because I haven't seen a woman in months." Smirking he backed away and drained his whiskey. "Or you really do just interest me, you'll never know." He winked again and looked back to the sea, smiling in the breeze. After seeing him finish his whiskey, Alro, John, and Lemony had moved a little closer.

@gracehustle

She rolled her eyes and finished off her bottle of whiskey, "I'm going to let you know now captain," She said with a smirk, "I don't usually flirt with crewmates when sober, but I'm not sober so I'll just say, maybe you interest me as well, you'll never know." Reva tossed him the now empty bottle of whiskey and winked before walking off to explore the ship.

He caught the empty whisky bottle. Jerome chuckled, what an interesting girl. At that moment an ear splitting ringing rang through his ears like the bells ring in a church. John and Lemony instantly sprinted to his side and sat him on a stool. "Silly fool, don'tcha remember the last time ye drank so much whisky?" Lemony asked with a serious look. Jerome shook his head. "Oi! Alro! Get another crewmate with ye and fetch the ya know what's from the cabin!" Lemony shouted the orders at Alro. "Aye sir!" Alro looked around the deck for a crewmates assist wondering if he could ask the girl.

@gracehustle

Reva had walked to the other end of the ship so she could be by herself. The whiskey was nice for making her forget what had happened to her ship, but she knew she could be very stupid around others and drunk. She grinned as she leaned against the side of the ship and looked out over the water, not noticing what was happening to Jerome at all. Her mind wandered and she minded her own business, going over what he had said to her in her head.

@Elliott-isnt-dead! group

Alro needed someone to help him get the you know what's from the captains bunkers or well cabin. Shaking his head Alro looked around at the crew. Most of the crew were already really drunk or in the crew bunkers sleeping so there weren't really anyone to ask. He couldn't get John or Lemony since they were helping the captain at the moment. Alro spotted Reva and decided to go and see if she was willing to help. Walking over to her he leaned against the side of the ship and asked. "Ok so I know this is really sudden but could you please help me with something?!"

@gracehustle

"Hm?" She looked over at Alro and raised an eyebrow before shrugging, "Sure, why not, I got nothing better to do." She stood up straight and put a hand on her hip, "What do you need help with?" Reva was clearly quite drunk but she played it off quite well besides the fact that she was acting quite different than her normal stubborn self.

@Elliott-isnt-dead! group

Alro raised his eyebrows, almost concerned with why she wasn't being really stubborn. "Really?! Great!" Alro pointed to Jerome who had his hand on his head wincing. "Captain well…can't really drink without taking this medicine which i'm not going to say why. I need you to come help me with getting it out of his secret hiding place and its well uh a two people job getting it out. Willing to help?"

@gracehustle

She looked over at him and nodded, gesturing around, "Sure, lead the way," She said, "Since again, I have nothing better to do than help get some medicine stuff from some secret hiding place." Her mind was very fuzzy at this point and she tilted her head sideways slightly as she looked at the captain, who looked like he was going to be sick several times over.

@Elliott-isnt-dead! group

Alro nodded quickly. Hurrying he made his way down below the deck to the captains quarters. The medicine was important, if they didn't get it to him god knows what would happen. Alro shaked his head at those thoughts, captain made it this far, he'd be fine. Pointing to a wall Alro pulled over a stool, stood on it, and opened the wall to a secret mini room. "I'm going to need you to keep this wall open long enough for me to grab the medicine."

@gracehustle

"Alright," She walked over to the wall and took her spot holding it up, motioning for him to go get whatever he needed to, "You better hurry though, this medicine seems pretty important." Not many thoughts were running through her head at this point, which she liked and disliked. It meant the whiskey was doing its job, but it also meant she had barely anything to think about or go over in her head.

@Elliott-isnt-dead! group

Alro noticed how the whiskey was affecting her. He nodded and climbed into the secret room only to return a few seconds later with a small glass bottle. "I got it! We have to hurry and get it to cap now." Jumping down to the floor he pulled out a bottle with a clear liquid. "Oh um here, this will help with the whiskeys effects." After handing her the bottle and started out of the room to the deck.

@gracehustle

"Let's get going then." She said, closing the enterance to the secret room behind him and following him out. Reva looked at the bottle he had given her to help with the whiskey's effects, not too trusting of it. The clear liquid confused her and she had enough common sense even when she was drunk not to drink strange liquids. It did make her curious thou though and she didn't set the bottle down as they made their way back up to the deck.

@Elliott-isnt-dead! group

Making his way up to the deck Alro ran over to Jerome who was still sitting on the stool with John and Lemony. This time though they had him pinned to the school like a wild animal who had given up being tamed. He looked paler then his usual color. Taking off the glass vials lid he poured a few drops into the man's throat causing Jerome to gasp breathing in air. Alro and the two men sighed and John and Lemony sat down. Turning to Reva Alro smiled. "Thanks for helping with cap, oh and you might wanna drink that." He said pointing to the bottle.

@gracehustle

She held up the bottle and looked through it, "I might, but I don't trust it, or you guys enough." She shrugged, "It's the truth and I'm not ashamed to say it. I have one question though, why did Jerome need that?" She pointed to the glass vial. Reva looked around the ship as she waited for their answer, it was quite clear her whole demeanor changed when she was drunk. Her eyes were still bright and quite clear, but the way she talked and acted was different.

@Elliott-isnt-dead! group

Alro tilted his head while looking at her and shrugged. He wondered why she wasn't as stubborn as she was earlier. "Oh well, it works though." The whole crew had went silent when she asked why Jerome needed the vial. It was as if the wind had taken place instead of their voices. John and Lemony had glared at Alro, not wanting him to share, but the boy was an easy one to break. "Lets just say that for some reason if the captain wants to drink, he has to drink these drops from that glass vial." Alro said with a sigh.

@gracehustle

His reply just made more questions pop into her mind and she glanced at Alro, "Why though?" She asked, "If you won't give me a real answer to that question then at least tell me what the stuff in the vial is." She pushed most of the other questions out of her mind, though those two stayed. The crew was strangely silent and she looked around, a slightly confused look on her face, "Is no one allowed to say anything about it? Or is everyone just scared of me?"

@Elliott-isnt-dead! group

Lemony snickered. "Scared of ye lass? Wouldn't think that for a second." He said shaking his head. "Not now L." Said John in a calm voice. All of the crew had looked away as if they wanted to say something but couldn't, like they weren't allowed of it. That's when Alro blurted it out. "He has poison in his system and we still haven't found a cure for it, for some reason whenever he drinks liquor without the vial he subdues to the symptoms of the poison!" Alro sighed and looked away, as if he commited a sin by saying it.

@gracehustle

"That's what you couldn't say?" She asked, raising an eyebrow, "That he can't handle alcohol?" Reva turned her attention to the crew member she was fairly certain was Lemony, scowling at him, "You should be scared of me, and don't call me lass." With that, she looked at the bottle that Alro had given her earlier and then scowled at the crew before turning on her heel and walking to the other end of the ship to decide if she should drink it or not. As much as she didn't want to admit, she was just the slightest bit worried for the captain, glaring at the ground until the thought went away and she could focus back on the bottle.
