Giving up wasn't something Alro wanted nor was going to do. Nearly as soon as he fell he jumped right back up. At least after Reva had pushed down again on his blade. He was getting tired and his arm was sore, but he had noticed how Jerome had been watching in the backgrounds silently. With adrenaline rushing he whipped around quickly and slashed at her blade.

She wasn't expecting the attack and he nearly got her cutlass to tip out of her hand, earning an approving glare from her as she danced away. Normally her opponents didn't try for this long, but Alro actually was putting effort into this. Her back was to the crew and she didn't bother to look around at them, not noticing that Jerome was watching them. She tightened her grip on her blade and studied her opponent before dashing forward like she was going to swing at him head on, she moved to the side though, away from the cutting edge of his blade and attempted to kick the back of his knee so he would fall.

Gasping softly Alro swiftly jumped to the side to avoid the hit. He of course had figured she was going to hit his head, but he was observant enough to notice when she changed directions. This had however, caused him to land wrong on his ankle and twist it. He cast a pained but ambitious smile at Reva. "Don't think i'll give up." He muttered quietly. Waiting for her next move was his option at this point though. Jerome moved closer and some of the crew gave way for him to be visibly seen. A cold and unreadable expression lay on his face as he watched on.

Reva gasped when she saw he had twisted his ankle, her demeanor changing as she watched him, "Are you alright?" She still didn't step to help him though, aware that he could still want to continue sparing, "Do you want to just forfeit? I don't want you to hurt yourself anymore." Her cutlass didn't leave her hand though and she was ready to spring away at a moments notice as she stepped closer to him.
