Nathalie froze, a shocked look on her face. "Gabriel?" she said softly, approaching him and gently rubbing his back. "Gabriel, wake up."

@Festive_Fenrir

Nathalie was shocked. For a split second, she remained stiff. Then she relaxed against him. "I would never leave you, Gabriel. I just wanted to keep you safe. If anything happened to you that I could've stopped… I wouldn't be able to forgive myself."

@Festive_Fenrir

"You can't stop death, love. It's bound to happen to all of us." he said "We'll find a way out of this." he told her, not wanting to let her go

Nathalie hurried up to her room and retrieved her sketchbook from the floor. She smoothed the pages and walked into the kitchen.

She covered her mouth and swallowed a laugh. "Have you ever make crepes and croissants before?"

@Festive_Fenrir

"I saw that, believe it or not, and yes, just not from scratch…" he cleaned his glasses with a towel that was over his shoulder " I don't think they're supposed to be this wet." he said grabbing up a lump of dough and letting it slid from his fingers

Nathalie grinned and set the sketchbook aside. She walked over and took the dough in her own hands. Her fingers began to work, fixing his mistakes.
