"It's fine, I don't live with anyone and I'd rather have a roommate than live by myself." Aaron explained, running a hand through his hair to move it out of his face.

"I-I… well, if you're sure…" At least it'd be easy to transfer stuff over. I don't own much. Lucas rubbed his forearms nervously.
Aaron instantly brightened, smiling and clapping once. "Yay! Wanna join us Damian? Heads up, if you do join, we're going to split the rent because I'm not paying for it all the time."
"Nah, mate," Damian replied, his Scottish-ness shining through a little. "Chastity and I have an apartment together, remember. She'd kill me if I left to stay with ya."
Lucas fell silent again, but seemed more relaxed. I won't have to be stuck with that bastard anymore… "I'll have to get my things from my dad's house… I don't own much, but he'll be there. He always is."
Aaron nodded, glancing at Lucas. "I can come with you," He suggested. "Only if you want me to, of course."
"T-That'd be great… Do you want to go now, or…?" Lucas looked up at Aaron.
"Your choice." Aaron shrugged. "Do you want to go after we record the acoustic version?"
(Since Gwen isn't here we might as well go now and be back when she's online)
"We might as well get it over with now…" Lucas put his jacket on.
(Okay then)
Aaron nodded. "Okay then, let's go." He put on his medical mask and hat again, making sure only his eyes were visible.
Lucas led the way to his house and opened the door, his hand trembling slightly. Immediately upon walking in, the place reeked of alcohol and there were bottles strewn across the floor. "Sorry about the mess…"
(I'm so mean to my characters lol)
(Henlo)
(I was literally just about to send a response, sorry!)
(Lol same here)
Aaron looked around the room, ignoring the fact that the house reeked of alcohol. "It's fine, it's probably not even your mess…" He mumbled, imaging what Lucas' father looked like. Probably and ugly idiot who definitely deserves to die.
(No problem lol)
Lucas nodded and went further in. It was a simple one story house, and a couple of the rooms had spots of blood on the floor. Probably Lucas's. Suddenly, a drunk looking man came into the room. He was balding and had a goatee, and he was wearing cowboy boots for some reason. "Who the hell're you?!" He yelled at the both of them, holding an empty bottle of beer.
"Aaron Henderson, son of Xavier Henderson," Aaron answered, simply holding his hand out to the man, wondering what he would do. He had noticed the blood, making his blood boil just a bit. If it's Lucas', this guy is going to be dead.
Lucas's father stared at Aaron's hand with a vaguely confused look, not seeming to know what he was supposed to do with it. He turned to Lucas. "Boy, I thought I told you to leave!" Lucas flinched a bit. "I-I am leaving, sir! I'm just… just getting some things…" "I said scram!" He smashed the empty beer bottle over Lucas's head, shards of glass scattering around the room. "Agh, shit!" Lucas held his head with his hands, blood seeping through his thin fingers.
That's it. Aaron picked up a piece of glass and glared heavily at the man. "If you hit or even lay a finger on Lucas, I'll call the police and report you. You would be jail for a good 10-20 years, and I can make it longer and make sure you never see the light of day."
Lucas cowered behind Aaron, and his father stepped back a bit. "You can't force me to do anything, kid! He's my son and I can treat him how I please!" He grabbed Lucas's arm and dragged him away from Aaron, raising his fist. Lucas used his free arm to shield his face, shaking violently.
Aaron followed him, grabbing the man's fist and twisting it, knowing very well he would yell in pain or try to move his hand the other way. "That doesn't mean you can take out all your stupid pent-up anger on him!" He gently grabbed Lucas and stood before him, trying not to be too harsh.
Lucas's father struggled against Aaron's hold, but wasn't strong enough in his drunken state to break free. Lucas stayed behind Aaron, hyperventilating and staring at the blood on his hands from his head. "Let go of me, damn kid!"
"I'm not a 'damn kid,' idiot," Aaron replied coolly, glaring at Lucas' father before turning his head tot he side to talk to Lucas. "Go get your stuff, I'll take care of him, and I can check your head when we get home, it's probably not that far from here."
Lucas nodded shakily and ran off to his room. His father was furious by now. "Why, you little-!" He continued struggling against Aaron's grip. "Go ahead and call the police! See if they give a damn! I fucking dare you!" Within a few minutes, Lucas came back out with a backpack full of his belongings. That was all he needed. Blood had run down the side of his head at this point, and he still hadn't seemed to have really calmed down.
"Fine, I'll call them, give me a second." Aaron then proceeded to take out his phone, dialing in 911 and putting it on speaker so the man could hear. He glanced at Lucas when he came back down and looked at him a bit worriedly. "Do you want me to clean it now?"
