"She'd love to hear you say that. My mother is an ancient woman and is proud as hell of it. She says that someone has to keep the old ways." Jericho chuckled quietly to himself, thinking of home. He'd ought to go see his family soon, they're probably missing him.
M half-closed his eyes, sighing and slowly relaxing. βIt is, isnβt it?β
"Mmhm⦠It is," Alison agreed softly, cuddling close to him.
Graci half-closed her eyes, smiling just a bit wider. βYour family sounds wonderful. Certainly a good family to grow up with.β She opened her eyes, leaning back in thr seat.
βDid it have any impact with your job?β She asked this mainly out of curiosity.
(Skip?)
(Um if you want. What did you want to do?)
(Umβ¦ Idkβ¦
Were you not talking to me? Sorry, I was just boredβ¦
Also, I'm going to be driving to ND for 8+ hours, so I probably won't be on for that time. Unless I get my phone backβ¦ Which isn't very likelyβ¦)
(Oh yes, I am talking to you. Okay ;u;
Have a good trip!)
(Oh, lol. Okay.
Thanks!
Maybe they could go get shirts for M?)
(Np!
And sure, that sounds good.)
(Guess who's finally back!!!
⦠Did you want me to start)
(Lol. I got so bored the last two hoursβ¦ It was too dark to readβ¦)
"What colors do you want, M?" Alison asked as she looked through shirts. They would pick out the colors and styles they liked best before getting him sized and the shirts fitted.
M had his arms crossed into a suit jacket he had found in his closet. He had also hand-picked a tie.
βDo we really have to get them hand-fitted?β He asked, his mind on other worries than color and style.
Alison turned to raise her eyebrows at him. "How else were they going to get fitted? Robots? Not me, for sure. You know I can't sew to save my life."
M shifted around on his heels, looking around worriedly. βI umβ¦ I donβt know.β He sighed. He just didnβt want some strangerβs hands on his body. No, sir, he didnβt like that at all.
"β¦ I suppose I could take your measurements myself, if you wantedβ¦" Alison suggested, her eyes looking over him questioningly.
M glanced up at her. βNo, itβs okay. I can get it hand-fitted. I donβt want you to be unsure.β
"Are you sure? I think I could do the measurements correctly. It's the whole sewing part that I can't do," Alison said with a light chuckle. She didn't want to make him do something he didn't want to doβ¦
(Wow, autocorrect almost made that a very interesting sentenceβ¦)
(Oh my god elaborate)
M looked down himself then back at her. βIf youβre sure you want to. I wouldnβt mind, youβre not a stranger, after all.β He shrugged. βWe can just bring the measurements here so they can sew it.β
(cough
Wellβ¦ It changed something to someoneβ¦)
Alison smiled softly. "We can do that. Do you want it finish up looking for styles and colors first, though? Or should we do that when we come back?"

Alison smiled softly. "We can do that. Do you want it finish up looking for styles and colors first, though? Or should we do that when we come back?"
(Lmaoo)
M relaxed a little. βWe could do it now, just to kill two birds with one stone.β
(Aheh⦠Yup. That was interesting.)
"Oh. Sure, yeah. I'm sure they'd let me borrow a measuring tape," Alison said as she glanced around the store. That would involve finding an employee, thoughβ¦
M looked around too, frowning a bit. βI could find someone. Thereβs probably someone in the backroom.β
Alison nodded slowly. "Probably. Would you mind, dear?"
