(You're good, I understand!)
Sebastian smiled, enthralled by the sound of Bryn's laugh as usual.
"Hm, well it's very effective on me," he said smoothly.

(I'm on a family vacation and won't be very active until January 7th when I'm back in town! Sorry for the lack of updates, especially after being gone so long!!)
(Oo, have fun! I can wait as long as need be)
(Have a little bit of a break tonight!! I'll be back in a couple days!)
Bryn pushed his face into Sebastian's neck, stifling his laugher against the human's warm skin, and pressed tiny kisses to the side of his throat. "Good to know I've got your ear, but should you really be handing me another weakness? Now you've gotta find two of mine to catch up."
"Now, hold on a second. Who said listening and taking into consideration what my boyfriend has to say is a weakness?" He smiled, leaning into Bryn's kisses.
Bryn rolled his eyes, nuzzling Sebastian's jaw as his laughter subsided. "When you say it like that, I sound unreasonable," he complained playfully, pressing a kiss to the corner of his human's mouth. "The weakness is that you'll let me convince you of anything."
"Oh? Not true. There are things you haven't convinced me yet." He smiled, turning to catch Bryn's lips with his own. "I'm still against you tickling me."
Bryn rolled his eyes, kissing Sebastian eagerly. "Are you really?" he asked, a playful smile on his face. "You almost never really tell me to stop, and you let me do it when I want to."
"Oh? Me putting my hand between you and my skin isn't me trying to get you to stop?" He chuckled lightly, kissing Bryn again before he could respond.
Bryn let himself be kissed quiet, curling closer to Sebastian with a happy little sound. He was panting softly when he finally pulled away, a dazed sort of grin on his face. "Nah. You could've pushed me away or told me to stop but you didn't."
Sebastian was panting a little too, a content smile on his face.
"I would have, but I was a bit busy trying to not laugh."
"Lies, you've had no problem shoving me away before." Bryn pecked him on the lips. "And you know I'd stop if you asked me to seriously, so you've really got no excuse."
"It's kinda hard to be serious when you're tickling me!" Sebastian objected. "I'm trying not to laugh, or at the very least not loud enough to where anyone will hear."
Bryn laughed and kissed him again. "You live in the flashiest house I've ever seen, you're telling me you don't have soundproofed walls?"
"Well, there's never really been a need for them! Though, the floors extremely so." Sebastian chuckled, reminded of why they were in the first place.
"Really? The place I used to live had all the walls soundproofed." He frowned a little, curling loser to Sebastian's chest. "Or… the rooms I was in always were."
Sebastian fell silent as Bryn spoke, arms moving up and holding him close. "Oh," he said softly. He thought about what that had meant for Bryn, and he held back a disgusted shudder. "Well, we don't have that here."
Bryn pressed himself up against Sebastian, relaxing as he was wrapped up in his human's arms. It took a few minutes for him to find his voice and when he did it was small and soft, easy to brush aside. "Sorry, that… that ruined the mood."
Sebastian, instead of brushing Bryn's words aside, latched onto them.
"It's okay, Bryn," he said gently. He hated seeing Bryn like this. He hated the man who did this to him.
Bryn shook his head, pushing his face into Sebastian's shoulder. He normally did when he was feeling uncomfortable, seeking the warmth and protection his human offered. "No, I… I should've said something else. I didn't mean to mess up our conversation, I'm sorry."
Sebastian's hold on Bryn tightened, resting his head on to of Bryn's.
"Sweetie, you said what you thought you should have. You didn't mess it up; it just came to an end," he said, not wanting Bryn to be upset.
Bryn clung to Sebastian, hands wrapped desperately around his neck to keep him close. "It didn't have to," he protested quietly. "I… I could've said something else. Could've asked why you soundproofed your floors, but I didn't and I ruined it."
Sebastian moved one hand up to hold the back of Bryn's head, listening quietly.
"You didn't ruin it, Bryn. What happened happened, and that's okay. I don't want you to be upset anymore." He nuzzled Bryn's cheek with his nose.
Bryn whined quietly, trapped between needing to apologize and needing to keep Sebastian happy. Eventually, the urge to please his master won out and he nodded, tucking himself up against his human's chest. "Okay, 'm sorry, I'll try to cheer up."
Sebastian wrapped his arms around Bryn a little more, finger's running through his hair. He kissed Bryn's forehead.
"I love you, Bryn. I'm never gonna be upset at you for being reminded of your past, but I don't want you blaming yourself for things."
