Logan nudged Jackson's head affectionately "If i could go back in time I would have come. I would have cared." he pressed a light kiss to Jackson's lips again, "No harm will come to you again, my love. Not if me, jay or raz have anything to do with it."
He smiled a little. "You're too sweet, Logan. Honestly, I don't know what I did to deserve you but it was definitely not enough to get someone like you."
"Hon, you don't have to do anything except be you." He pressed a kiss to his brow and played with his hair, swatting gently at the strands that stuck out
He nuzzled into him, a soft purr coming from the back of his throat when his hair was played with.
Lo laughed "like that precious kitty?" he continued to play with his hair, twirling it around his finger tips and letting it fall before doing it all over again.
"Mmm, maybe…" He smiled as he went back to his purring, his eyes closing in contentment.
"maybe? I'd call this a little more than a maybe, darling." he laughed softly and pressed a kiss to Jackson's cheek. He rested his head on his shoulder and shut his eyes as he continued to comb through Jackson's hair with his hand
He chuckled softly and cuddled into him, continuing to purr as he relaxed into him. Yep, this was his life now. And he only wished he'd gotten it sooner.
He hummed softly when Jackson cuddled against him and drew the covers over him for warmth. opening his eyes and glancing down at his beloved, he hugged him to his chest and massaged his scalp
His purrs only grew louder as he relaxed into him. "You're really good at petting. Just thought you should know that." He murmured under his breath, half asleep.
He chuckled softly "thank you darling." he gently tilted his head up and pressed a kiss to his lips, long and slow. "Sleep love. I'll be here the whole time." he prompted, stroking his cheek with his thumb
He mumbled something in protest but just couldn't keep himself awake. It only took a couple of minutes before he fully fell asleep in his arms.
"adorable creature." he whispered, kissing hisbrow and snuggling with him into the blankets, tangling himself with Jackson and resting his hands on his chest "I love you." he said before drifting off and sleeping soundly
(My dental bill is going to be huge with all these cavities this is giving me!)
Jackson snuggled closer to him in his sleep, wanting to absorb as much of his warmth as he could possibly get.

Logan happily shifted around every so often when Jackson snuggled closer, allowing him to get as close as he wanted. Occasionally he would shiver slightly whenever Jackson accidentally touched his skin that would peek out from his shirt but he didn't mind. In fact, he leaned into the touch, humming softly before relaxing back against him
For once in his life, well, afterlife, he actually had a dreamless sleep. No night terrors plagued him, no memories haunted him, it was just the comforting darkness that he craved so much. With Logan around, it made all of the bad memories fade away. Nothing could hurt him here, not with Logan by his side. His past couldn't touch him now.
Logan awoke the next morning with a yawn, cringing away from the sunlight that entered the room from his still open window. He drew the covers over them both to try to block it out. Slowly shifting on his side so as to not wake Jackson, adjusted his position and ran a hand through his tangled hair, pushing it out of his face before focusing on the one next to him. He smiled and gently stroked the bridge of Jackson's nose, watching as he peacefully slept beside him.
He was still dead asleep, holding Logan tight in his arms. A slight smile graced his lips and he was purring softly. If Logan wanted any chance of actually getting out of bed, he'd have to wake him.
"My darling, how is it that manage to sleep so heavily, hm?" he tapped his lips when he smiled "maybe it's cuz you're part cat." shaking his head teasingly, Logan nuzzled into him and gently traced over the scars, whispering "love" and " beautiful over and over again.
He stirred slightly when he touched him and nuzzled his face into his neck, mumbling something incoherent and sleepy before falling back asleep. His muscles flexed in his sleep, almost like his body was unknowingly trying to show off, just a little.

Lo gently pulled his hand away when he felt Jackson tense under his fingertips and laughed softly. "gorgeous creature, what are you doing hm?" he pressed his hand on his chest and skimmed over the area, feeling every curve and dip of his upper body

A soft mumbled reply came from his lips, although it was indecipherable. The smile on his lips grew slightly, almost playful though mostly just sleepy.

"what was that dear?" he teased, nudging Jackson's head and pressing lazy kisses to his exposed neck and shoulders, tasting the salty-sweet of his skin. his hand moved to rest on his lower back, trailing the curve of his spine.
"wake up darling. let me see those beautiful eyes of yours." he pleaded softly, pressing his lips to jackson's
His kiss was what woke him, a muffled sound of sleepiness and surprise coming from the back of his throat as he realized that something was happening. When he woke up enough to figure out what was going on, he relaxed and kissed him back.
Logan fed into the kiss, tilting his head slightly to deepen it. After a few moments, he pulled away with a huge smile. "morning sleeping beauty, is this how i'm going to have to wake you up now?" he asked, brushing aside Jackson's hair and gently stroking his cheek
