(HECK! Sorry!)
Once again, Oliver got off the bus and looked around for Ana. She had brought her own jacket that day, finally. It wasn't as good as Ana's jacket, but it was pretty nice.
(HECK! Sorry!)
Once again, Oliver got off the bus and looked around for Ana. She had brought her own jacket that day, finally. It wasn't as good as Ana's jacket, but it was pretty nice.
(It's okay!)
Ana was already at her locker talking to Madeline. She seemed to be enjoying herself, a small smile present in her features. She also seemed to be a bit nervous, her feet shuffling a bit as she clasped her hands behind her back. It was quite unusual.
Olive continued to look around for Ana, but she couldn't see her. She sighed and went right inside. Her locker was far away from Ana's so she wouldn't be able to see her then either. Liv opened her locker but realized she didn't need anything from it. She slowly made her way to her class and sat down, being the first one there.
The bell rang and Ana said goodbye to Madeline, heading to her first class and smiling gently at the ground. She sat down, realizing that Olive was in class and turning around to face her. “Oh, hey, where were you this morning?”
(…?)
Olive jerked from a daydream once she heard Ana's voice. "Oh! Uhm, I just came right to class. I didn't see you when I got off the bus so I assumed you were busy." She explained with a small sigh.
"Oh. No, not really. I was just talking to Madeline." She said, picking at her nails. (Sorry for bothering you so much about this rp, if you don't want to continue with it that's okay I guess)
(Oh no it's totally fine! Tbh I kinda forgot about this one because I've been kinda busy and I'm in a lot of roleplays. I'm sorry for not replying consistently.)
Olive nodded and opened her mouth to respond, but the last bell rang and the teacher started the class.
(That’s Okay!)
(Also is there anyway you would want to speed this up or is this pace okay with you?)
Ana gave her one last glance before turning around and listening to the teacher.
The bell rang a while later and she stood up, gathering her things and waiting for Olive by the door.
(I'm fine with the speed as is. I'm fine with whatever tbh.)
Olive let out a breath when the bell rang. She quickly got her stuff and met up with Ana.
(Okay)
“What were you going to say earlier?” She asked, starting to walk to their next class with Olive at her side.
"Oh, uhm, I forgot, it must have not been important," Olive said with a little laugh. In reality, she knew exactly what she was going to say, but she would never say it to Ana.
Ana’s expression turned suspicious as she heard Olive. “Didn’t know you were so forgetful.” She muttered, shifting her grip on her books.
"Well I'm not, but I was just working on the project and things leave my mind pretty easily once working on something big." Explained Olive through a lie.
“Okay then.” Ana replied with a huff, walking into their next class and sitting down. “Tell me if you remember.”
"Okay, but I definitely doubt it," Olive said through another bit of fake laughter. She sat down next to Ana and pulled out her textbook and sighed.
They continued with their classes throughout the day when finally the last bell rang. Ana stood up and turned to Olive, leaning over on the desk. “What are you doing tonight?”
"Eh, nothing what so ever. You know me, it'd be a miracle if I had plans. Why are you asking?" Olive asked. She was never busy unless with Ana. She didn't have any other friends that she would hang out with and she wasn't part of many groups or clubs.
“Just wondering, I have a date. And you need more friends. Why don’t you join any clubs?” She asked, shoving stuff in her backpack and glancing at Olive.
Olive sighed and focused her attention on putting stuff in her backpack. "I know… but you know how hard it is for me to do talk to people. And none of the clubs that I've seen sound interesting. I'll probably just be in my room tonight reading or binging a show for the third time." She looked down at the ground for a second and looked up to smile at Ana. "I hope you have fun on your date. I need to go or I'll miss the bus… bye"
Ana opened her mouth to say more but stopped when Olive left so suddenly. “Bye..” she murmured, her chest tightening slightly. “I’ll text you.” She added, frowning and starting to walk towards the parking lot.
Olive barely heard what Ana said as she was speeding to the bus. She sighed and looked at the ground with a frown. Just before the bus left she got on and sat in the last empty seat, staring out the window. She forgot her earbuds at home so this was going to be a long and sad bus ride home.
Ana hated it when they got like this. She didn’t know what to do when Olive wouldn’t tell her what was going on. Tomorrow would be better, maybe Liv was just having a bad day.
Ana got in her car and drove home, doing some homework before beginning to get ready for her date.
Olive hated being the last stop, and having no friends on the bus made it worse. She waited more than 30 minutes alone and without music just to get home and do homework, putting her in a worse mood than she already was.
(Do you have something planned or do you want to skip?)
