"Yes. I just… you know my father is going to throw girls at me again, right?" He asked softly.

He sighs deeply before nodding. "Yes… I'll stay by your side the whole night, I promise." He walks over to Lucien's side and hugs him gently, kissing his cheek.

He smiled a little. "Thank you, my love." He leaned over to kiss Aki's cheek contentedly.

He nods and smiles softly. "Of course." He took Lucien's hand, holding it gently. "I'll always be by your side."

He smiled a little, holding Aki's hand and kissing his cheek. "Alright."

He smiles at the other and nuzzles into his side. "Shall we get going then?"

He hummed faintly. "Yeah, sure."

Aki nods before slowly leading them down the halls to the ballroom where the party was being held. He instantly moves closer to Lucien. He still wasn't a fan of big crowds.

Lucien held onto his hand, looking around for Ari and Enrique.

Aki spots them and waves to them before guiding Lucien. He seemed happy at least for now. Maybe tonight would be something he could handle.

Lucien smiled, following Aki's lead.

Enrique waved back, grinning, Ari's arm in his. "Hey!" he greeted. Ari gave a friendly wave. Enrique wore a black suit with silver threading, and a silver tie tucked into the waistcoat. Ari's clothing complimented Enrique's, consisting of a long, loose skirt in a shimmering silver, and a long-sleeved top with the same silver threading in the sleeves.

Aki beams. "You both look amazing!" He smiles warmly, moving one hands so he could talk with Ari. He was really in awe. They both looked ethereal. He leaned against Lucien, a soft and happy sigh leaving his lips. "It really is wonderful the two of you are here."

Ari smiled. "Thank you." They signed back. "You look wonderful as well." Enrique beamed happily. "Thanks, Aki."
Lucien smiled as well. "I'm really glad you guys are here."

Aki nods and runs his hand through his hair. He leans into Lucien, glancing around the ballroom. He placed a subtle kiss to Lucien's shoulder as he talked with Enrique and Ari. At times, especially balls, it was hard to be affectionate with Lucien when it came to things other than hand holding, but he had gotten better at being sneaky.

He smiled lightly at Aki, talking with Enrique and Ari. Enrique translated for Ari, so that Ari could participate in the conversation easier.

Aki, whenever he did speak, would say it aloud, as well as sign to Ari. He wanted the other to feel as involved as possible. Aki hummed contentedly as they chatted.

Enrique was an easy conversationalist, smiling and laughing as he chatted back and forth with them, smiling happily.

(It's alright. I wasn't very active either.)

Aki seemed to ease the more and more that they talked. He talked happily with Enrique and Ari, clinging happily to Lucien's side. It was nice… the four of them chatting.

Enrique and Ari were both glad to just chat together, laughing and smiling along with Lucien and Aki.

Aki leaned against Lucien before pausing. "Are any of you hungry? I can go grab something from the table." He offers, signing it to Ari as well.

Enrique nodded. "I'm starving! If you'd grab something for me, that would be great." He flashed another smile. No wonder Lucien liked him best of all his cousins; Enrique seemed to be just a genuinely cheerful, kind young man, always smiling and kind.

He nods and smiles a little bit before humming and scurrying off to the food. Aki was starving since they hadn't had lunch… their nap had gone longer than expected. He hummed and grabbed some items of food, his eyes soft as he grabbed food and a few drinks before returning to the group.

Enrique took his food with another grateful smile when Aki came back. "Thanks!" He said happily.

(I'm finally back lol)

Aki nods and smiles, "Of course." He offers some food to Lucien and to Ari. He snacked on his own food as the music played in the background.
