Lucien carried Aki into the room that had been set aside for the magician, and set him down on the bed. "There."
Lucien carried Aki into the room that had been set aside for the magician, and set him down on the bed. "There."
Aki let himself be placed onto the bed and sighed quietly as he did so. "Thank you…" He mutters as he settles into the covers, his eyes barely remaining open.
Lucien nodded, gently smoothing Aki's hair out of his face. His hands lingered for a moment, before he pulled them away. "You're welcome." He replied.
Aki leaned into Lucien's gentle caresses, the poor male extremely touch starved. He loved physical attention. "Wake… Wake me up in an hour…okay?" He whispers.
Lucien nodded. "I'll do my best. Do you…want me to stay, or would you prefer I leave and come back?" He reached down again, and smoothed a few more strands away.
"Please… Stay." Aki whispers, leaning into the gentle touches, grateful for them. "I don't know if the nightmares will come back…" His eyes were halfway closed.
Lucien nodded, and sat down on the bed. "Alright." he kept a hand lightly on Aki's head.
Aki leans into his touch before slowly shutting his eyes completely and falling asleep, a quiet sigh leaving his lips.
Lucien lay down beside him, hand still lying on Aki's face. He stared at the ceiling, thinking.
Aki curled closer to Lucien as he slept, seeking warmth and comfort. He was glad that Lucien agreed to stay.
Lucien stayed still, but eventually tucked an arm around Aki, letting out his breath in a sigh. He raked a hand through his hair.
Aki turned into him, snuggling into his chest. He looked content, his face becoming peaceful after so much stress and fear.
Lucien was quiet, eventually closing his eyes as he held Aki. He didn't fall asleep, but enjoyed the rest.
(Time skip?)
(sure. Want me to do it, or do you want to?)
(Could you please?)
(yup)
Lucien awoke after a while, blinking sleepily. Shifting around, he checked the time. He swore under his breath. Two hours. He was supposed to wait Aki up an hour ago. But….he looked down at the other male, and sighed. He needs to sleep.
Aki was still resting peacefully beside Lucien when he woke up, snoozing happily as small breaths leaving his lips. Aki shifts closer to Lucien, sapping off his warmth, his ears flat against his head. He needed to wake up soon, to help his master. He would be devastated at the lost time, but the poor thing needed sleep.
Lucien held Aki close, gentle, and wondered what to do. Should I wake him like he wanted? Or should I let him sleep? He needs to sleep…but his master… He sighed, raking a hand through his hair with a slight frown.
Aki groaned quietly in his sleep, seeming to curl in on himself. A pained whine exited his lips, his ears twitching. He looked like he was about to cry, shifting uncomfortably in his sleep. "Please…. no…"
Lucien frowned a little. "Aki?" He murmured. He smoothed a strand of hair out of the other boy's forehead, worried. "What's wrong?" Should I wake him up?
Aki woke up, more like jolting awake as he cried out in fear. He pants fast and quick before looking around in fear before clutching Lucien's face. "You- you're alive… I-" He trembled and hugged Lucien, sobbing shakily into his shoulder.
Lucien blinked, and hugged Aki gently. "Yeah, I'm okay." He said softly, rubbing the other male's back. "It's okay. You just had a bad dream."
Aki sobbed into his shoulder, shaking and shivering. "Everyone was dead- I thought… oh god when I saw you… When I saw Zephyr…" He whimpers and his his head into Lucien's shoulder.
Lucien held him tightly, but gently. He rubbed Aki's back. "Shh, it's okay. It's okay." He murmured. "That must have been terrifying, but it's going to be okay."
