She nodded. “That makes sense. But now that I know about… all this, I can help you with it." she pointed out, reassuringly.

He smiled at her. "That's true, would be nice to have someone to help me out with this mess.' He let out a soft chuckle moving to just smile at her.

She laughed a little with him and smiled back. “Yeah.” she nodded, somewhat surprised by how much she already cared about him. Yes, they were soulmates according to what was on their wrists but it was still only their first day together.

He chuckled softly before it died out, he moved to look outside the window, realizing how late it had become. "Oh jeez, it seems the day is already almost over."

Hannah let out a sigh and nodded. “I… I've been trying not to think about it.” she admitted as her mind circled back to their earlier conversation… about their parents. “I just don't know what I could say to explain… everything.” she added in a whisper, not wanting to upset his condition again.

He nodded,
"yeah I understand…trust me."
He sighed rubbing his face as he looked out the window, and then glancing back at her.
"Here." He wrote down his phone number and gave It to her.

She smiled softly and nodded, knowing that he did understand. It was actually kinda sad that they both had that kind of situation… but she knew there wasn't really anything they could do against it.
Hannah looked back up at him and accepted the paper. “Thank you.”

He nodded at her, "you should uh, probably go…I'm gonna be here for a little longer just to avoid going home to my parents. The school days probably been over for a while now.'"
He sighed softly, thinking about having to go home .

Hannah sighed and gave a sad nod. “Yeah… I probably already missed my bus home. Don't know how I'm going to explain that to my parents.” she admitted, equally as reluctant to leave as he was.

"Just…say your teacher held you back after class to talk to you about a project upcoming, make sure to pile in the details and make sure it's a teacher that s not good at responding to messages..'He spoke like he had experience which he probably did..

“That’s pretty good.” she smiled softly with a grateful nod. “Thank you.” Hannah said, leaning over and placing a kiss against his cheek. “Will I see you again? I mean, obviously, I’ll be in touch but…” she trailed off as she realized what she just did.

"Yeah your welcome." He blushed when she planted a kiss on his cheek, moving to turn and look at her with wide eyes, a grin on his face.
"Yeah I'm sure you will, we go to same school right princess?" He chuckled softly.

“Yeah. Right.” she nodded, not quite meeting his eyes as she blushed brightly. “Then, I’ll see you tomorrow.” she managed to give him a shy smile, carefully getting off the bed and standing beside him.

While she was getting off the bed he planted a kiss on her cheek, still red in the face.
He winked at her, "see ya later cutie." He chuckled softly.

Hannah gave a soft surprised squeak and somehow managed to blush an even darker shade of red. “Ok.” she stammered quietly, unsure of what else to say, as she made her way to the door. “See ya.” she smiled again as she looked back at him.

He waved her off with a chuckle, she is pretty cute.. he sighed as soon as she left, he texted his parents to let them know his heart acted up again so he was in the hospital.

Hannah was still blushing with a silly smile on her face as she managed to catch the bus, since there's always a bus stop near a hospital. It would be a longer ride home, but at least it would give her plenty of time to come up with a “project” that she could give her parents as an explanation for being late. Hopefully, they wouldn't check the bus schedule.

He managed to make it home after a few hours, with the help of some hospital folk to explain to his parents why he wasn't at school and why the school never contacted him.
He basically just had the hospital staff tell his parents that he was having a heart attack and that he had it on the way to the nurse, and the school wanted to keep it hush hush.
They accepted the explanation well enough but he was still sent to his room for missing school.

By the time she got home, her face had resumed its normal color and she had come up with a little story to give her parents. Which they, fortunately, bought before sending her to her room. Even with the door closed, she could still hear parts of their conversation.
As she started her nightly/after school routine, she picked up her phone and typed in Kaz’s number. ”Hey. Just wanted to thank u again for ur advice and hoping things r going ok 4 u. Hannah.”

He was laying in bed, arms splayed over his eyes as he lay in his murky feelings.
He felt his phone buz and took it out of his back pocket, he saw the text and smiled softly. He moved to text her back.
"oh hey cherry cheeks, glad to hear my tricks worked on your parents."

”oh how dare >:(” was her immediate reply, even though she was, in fact, blushing at the nickname. ”but yes. it did work :)”

He chuckled softly to himself. "that's what I'm naming your contact in my phone. Cherry cheeks heh. Bet your blushing right now >:)"

Hannah groaned softly. ”No! I’m not! And I’m putting your contact as Jerk!” she lied.

"ouch, that hurts." he chuckled softly as he sent the text message.

Hannah chuckled as she sent a simple ”lol” and a ”:-P” face.
