(Gla to hear ^^ I feel Nino xD But hey, that's great for plot development xDD)
(Thanks Sunny… I appreciate it! ^^)
(And yup, definitely having fun with this)
(Although, I swear I had gotten up a reply earlier, I guess it didn't go through?? I can just write up another one soon.)
Nino turned and walked up to Belphegor "Let's make this quick please" then past him in the way of the mountain sighing as she got a fair lead hoping not to seem so stressed but had no remorse in her mind oddly enough about her outburst to Chandra closing her eyes she turned to wait on her group
Chandra just shrugged, continuing to walk. Although, she started to doubt herself. Was faith in her Father not enough? Was it not enough to believe that He would make everything all right? Maybe she would pray that night, just to get some answers, and to believe in herself, her faith again.
(emo demon)
Nino had been unusually quiet since her outburst but she was fine with herself at the moment even though she was never truly fine all the time so she sighed and looked to the side through her hood as she walked
Belphegor was about to say something, when a rumbling filled the air, the mountain around them trembling. It paused in slight confusion.
"Uh," it said. "Stay close? I have no idea what that was…"
"I think it was the person we are about to meet" Nino answered even though there was no question or statement pointed towards her as she continued on in the journey but kept a fair pace and stayed close enough to the small group
"An earthquake perhaps?" Chandra asked, her voice rising up at the end slightly higher, making the uncertainty in her voice very clear.
"No, I think Nino's right," Belphegor said, keeping it's tone light. "We should be okay, like I said, he's pretty chill…Unless you insult him, or course, then he might 'start a rumble, an epic struggle to shake the jungle.'"
As if on cue, a giant round stone came hurtling over the group, crashing into the mountain behind them and continuing on its way. Belphegor blinked after it in bemusement.
"Uh," it said eloquently.
Nino tilted her her head to the left in confusion then turned to look at Belphegor "What was that?" her voice full of surprise "Did he just try to kill us" her green eyes wide as she turned back to look in the way it went
"Uh… are you really sure that's the person we're about to meet?" Chandra didn't want it to be a natural disaster, but at least earthquakes were easier to predict then the temperaments of gods she'd never met or heard of before.

No rush on replying, just whenever you get time is totally fine! :)
Belphegor had an honest-to-Satan moment where it seriously wondered if it had made a major calculative error, and it was sure it's panic showed on it's face, but then a memory sparked and it almost collapsed from relief.
"No worries guys," it said. "I didn't almost get us killed. Well, not intentionally anyways. That rock, we uh…need to catch up to it. It's actually Shiva. He rolls down the mountain in the shape of a rolling stone. I'm sure he didn't see us, rocks don't have eyes, and he's probably too deep in meditation to notice anyways. So yeah. Last one to the rock's a rotten egg!"
(You're welcome Sunny! It's really cool aha!)
(And thank youuuu ^^)
Chandra just turned around to stare at Belphegor, dumbfounded. "Y-you want to play a c-children's game? Now? It hardly seems appropriate to play such a game, given the current situation.."
Nino laughed as she started running then called back to Chandra "Is an angel to good for a child's game?" her legs relieved to be able to move as fast as the could carry her
"Yeah, come on, Chandra!" shouted Belphegor, spreading it's wings and taking off. It's wings were an pearlescent white with chocolate brown markings, mimicking the patterns on a cicada's wings. "Outta the way, slow poke!" it yelled as it playfully dive-bombed Nino, swooping up again at the last second.
Nino laughed as she herself lifted off the ground, Her smooth black wings carrying her through the air as she caught up to Belphegor with a smirk
Chandra just shook her head at the childness, but somehow managed to summon up the feeling she used to get when she was a young girl. It wasn't too easy, and she still felt a small tug of responsibility to keep them safe, but she took off running, yelling out, "Hey! No fair, you got a head start!"
"We're demons!" Belphegor sang over its shoulder. "We don't play fair!"
But before there could be a winner, Belphegor looked forward again and dove promptly to the ground with a yelp. Standing before them hands on hips, faint smile playing across his lips, stood that who could only be Shiva.
His skin was a blueish grey, his black hair long and wild. He had three eyes, the third on his forehead staring past Belphegor into space blankly. A giant white bull stood behind him, horns silver and curved wickedly.
"Hi," Belphegor said sheepishly, trying to pretend it hadn't just been playing around like a fool.
Nino let out a yelp as she crashed into Belphegor's back immediately pulling him up with her when she stood "whoops sorry also…Hi Sh-shiva" her smile had faded as a small bit of fear come into her eyes
Seeing as the other two had gotten quite the head start, Chandra slid quite easily to a halt, although a cloud of fear covered her now. "Shiva," she muttered under her breath. Well, this was certainly one way to meet a deity, wasn't it? Her body stilled, knowing that there really wasn't much she could do, not on Earth at least, to stop Shiva from doing anything to her, so she needed to be on her best guard. Chandra's eyes hardened, and she dropped the playful attitude, snapping to attention.
