Hey, I'm back, for better of probably worse

I have a demon character I desperately need to use, and I'm looking for 1 or 2 people to rp with (duh)

So!

Plot:
Two (or three) supernatural governors realize there is a problem with reality, something so big, even the humans have started to notice. They decide to look into it and meet each other, ultimately working together to try and solve this problem

Be respectful, considerate, you know the drill
No OP characters! This is going to be about powerful characters, but they must be well-rounded and have strengths and weaknesses
If your character is going to be smirking and snarky and have the perfect reply for everything and have a better-than-everyone-else attitude, thats cool, but this isn't the rp for you (Cocky characters are allowed, just balanced characters. Snark shouldn't be their only trait.)
**Note, I don't have a problem with those kinds of characters, they just won't fit in here

Human Appearance: Dark-skinned androgynous person with black curly hair, black eyes and sharp canines. It's wiry and oddly proportioned, but not so much that anyone knows exactly what's not right. He can manifest wings if he wants
True Form: Animalistic beast with vague, everchanging details. Its fur/skin is so pitch black, you can't actually make out any definition. The only thing for sure is the vast number of eyes, fangs, wings, and the strange rings circling its body
Personality: Calm, cold, patient. He's always thinking everything through, and rarely does his temper slip. He's not cruel, or vindictive beyond the necessary to be a demon, and actually has been known to help humans out from time to time.
World: Hell

Yes sure! As long as they're someone who is pretty powerful and can be on the same level as an entity from another plane or something ^^

Species Traits: Flight (wings), super strength, survival without oxygen, regenerative healing factor, and telekinesis.
Rank Within Species: The head operative of USCIEP (United States Control of Interdimensional Entities Program)
Human Appearance: (If applicable) He has medium length light brown hair that he slicks back every morning with gel, but it will often begin to come undone by the end of the day and falls over his face. His skin is naturally tan, even during the winter. His jawline is almost always dusted with a thin covering of hair, despite the fact he shaves every morning. He is around 6'0", but most likely on the shorter side. His wings are a grayish brown color and are shaped like a vultures.

Personality: He is a reserved, intelligent young man that has a tenancy to take things much more seriously than he should. Every move he makes is a carefully calculated decision. He's more of a follower than a natural leader.

Personality: sarcastic, kinda quirky, loves: comics, movies, food, manga, music, and also loves puns. she is very…well…how do i explain…Perverted but not that bad to her friends it is mostly to scare off people she doesn't like, she is loyal and caring about her friends
World: was from hell but broke out and now live on Earth
Other: Nino is a girl but commonly mistaken as a guy

Species Traits: wings, telepathy, since she's drifted in and out of human society so much, she's pretty confident about how to read body language of humans and interpret their words properly. (sarcasm, ect.) also slight camouflaging (her horns) (I'm basing this off the bible angels so-) can understand and speak all the human languages.

alright here are the nitty gritty descriptions: green eyes, white mid-thigh length hair, smol white cross on her forehead, triangle like earrings, black boots (https://pin.it/b44ofvg42olb47), large feathered black wings, about 12 feet, give or take a few inches in wingspan, and black horns coming off the top sides of her head on either side.
Personality: would rather have a leader to serve under than be the leader, worships her creator, either when in the presence of him or alone. though she has a knowledge of more than that of the humans, she still has room to learn even more. although she likes to show off her knowledge every once in a while when in the company of humans
