Elina started at her sister. "What's with that grin?"
Elina started at her sister. "What's with that grin?"
"Nothing. I just can't believe how much has changed."
(do you want to skip to the wedding?)
(Sure)
Elina stood in a wedding dress, staring at her wedding tiara, the one her mother had worn. "I'm nervous," She said to her sister.
Anah cupped her cheek. "You look beautiful."
"This was Mother's, you know? I remember stealing it as kids and pretending we were getting married."
"Yeah," Anah agreed with a laugh. "Who knew it would actually happen, right?"
"I thought it would be you before it was me," Elina laughed. "But, look at me. In a wedding dress."
"Looking more beautiful than I ever will," Anah replied fondly.
"Don't downplay yourself, sister. When I was a young I always wished I would have grown up to look like you."
"And you've exceeded any potential I have," she pointed out.
"With what? Healing powers? Those are mild. Ice magic is such cooler."
"How scared are people going to be of you when you can heal them of their illness? If I lose control…" Anah shook her head. "Never mind. Are you ready?"
Elina looked in the mirror and slowly fitted her wedding tiara on.
"I'm taking that as a yes," Anah said with a smile. "You look beautiful… did I mention that?"
"Twice," Elina smiled, turning to face her sister.
"Good. Because you need to know," Anah replied, returning her smile.
Elina suddenly crushed her sister in a hug.
Anah gasped. "Good God, girl… You squeeze really tight!"
"I've missed you," Elina said, breaking the hug. "And I'm still nervous."
"Well take it out on me then, not him up at the altar!" Anah laughed. "And, trust me, I've missed you enough for the both of us."
Elina smiled nervously.
"Oh stop, it's going to be fine!" Anah insisted.
"How would you know? You've never been married!"
