He shook his head and smiled "go have fun." He said as he noticed her looking around. "This is After aller your wedding."

"It's your wedding too," She started to argue. She thought it over and glanced up at him with a smile "I'll be right back," She stood up and hugged him, giving him a quick kiss as well before smiling at a familiar face and walking over to them to talk.

He smiled whistfully as she walked away. He stood and told the guard where he was going. He walked down the hall to his mother's room and sat at one of the benches "hello mother, it's me, Loki. I did what you asked. I found someone mom. You'd love her, possibly more than I do, which would be nearly impossible. I miss you mother, Thors alright, lost his eye like dad but he's made up for it by teasing me. Her names Avalin, an absolutely beautiful person mom. I don't know how I lived without her for this long. Is this how you felt when you met father?"

She went from person to person, shaking their hand or giving them a hug. All she could hear were words of advice and congratulation and she smiled, letting them ask her question after question. She saw another two of her friends, Harvey and Marta. She walked over to them and they quickly enveloped her in a hug, making her laugh happily.

He sighed a laugh and bowed deeply at her statue "I'll come back later mother," he walked out in silence and stood near the threshhold of the reception room, looking for Avalin. His eyes rested on his wife and smiled as she embraced her friends and family. He walked over to their table and sat down

Avalin smiled at Marta, looking her friend over and spotting a small ring on her hand, "Marta! When did Harvey give you this? When did you guys get together!" She wrapped her friend in another hug.
Marta laughed, "A few weeks ago, he wants to run away and start a new life and he said he wanted me along for the trip!"
Harvey chuckled and nodded from where he was standing a few feet away, "You weren't supposed to say anything, now the secret is out," He walked up to the two of them and put an arm around both of them, easily towering over both of them, "I think your newlywed is waiting for you Avi," He said quietly to her.
"Ok then, congratulations you two! I promise I'll keep it a secret, but I have to go right now." They both nodded and Avalin watched then kiss for a moment before walking back to him, a happy smile on her face as she sat down.

"hello, stranger." Loki said with a smile. "Congratulations to your friends by the way. They'll be happy together, very happy." He wrapped an arm around her shoulders "we are going to their wedding right?" He asked

"I was just going to ask you if we could." She smiled and leaned her head on his shoulder, "So, what are we doing next?"

"I think the cake should be coming out soon and then the speeches….and then the dance I guess." he glanced around "we're definitely going to their wedding."

She nodded "Ok," she glanced at her friends and nodded again, seeing how happy they were together "Their wedding is going to be amazing, I can already tell."

"they deserve only the best. Each other." He smiled at them "promise not to smash the cake in my face?" He asked with a slight smile

"I promise," She laughed and looked up at him, the same smile on her face. People started to sit in their seats and look around, most of them still talking quietly.

"somehow I don't believe you love," he glanced up as people started to sit

Avalin smiled and shrugged "Then you'll just have to wait and see if I really did promise," She watched as the last few people sat and she grabbed his hand again, squeezing it lightly.

He brought her hand up to his lips and kissed each knuckle gently "might I remind you dear, that I never promised not to do the same." He stood before she could respond and walked her over to where the cake was

She smiled and shook her head when they got to the cake, "I may or may not have forgotten to ask you not to smash my face into the cake.."

"don't worry, I wouldn't do that to you…not in front of so many people." he looked around, looking for someone "now, brother is a whole other deal,"

She laughed lightly "He should be around here somewhere," She spotted him and waved him over, a small and mischievous smile on her face.

He gained the same smile "now the funs about to start." he snapped his fingers behind his back, a piece of cake appearing on a plate in his hand "you distract him, while I get him from behind."

(Just gonna summarize them talking bc I'm too lazy to write rn)
"Sounds good," She put on her happiest smile and watched as he walked closer, starting to thank him and ask him random questions.

Loki brought a finger to his lips as others around him saw what he was about to do and started to giggle. He came up behind his brother and counted down from three to let Avalin back away before he attacked. Before Loki could get to three, thor spun on him and smashed a piece of cake in his face "aaahhhAAAAHHH,"
Thor chuckled "though I don't know you're tricks, brother?"
"Actually…no"

Avalin doubled over laughing, taking a step away from the brothers. "I didn't know that was going to happen, but that was fun." She said, standing up straight again before smiling at both of them. "I'd watch out if I were you Thor, he still does have a piece of cake."

"don't tell him that," Thor ducked out of the way while Loki advanced "you're next" he mouthed to Avalin with a smile. He disappeared for a second and reappeared behind thor "hello brother," before Thor could run, Loki smashed the cake in his face
"you always were the slower one," he teased

She laughed again, shaking her head slightly "You promised you wouldn't," She said, grinning slightly as she walked over to the cake and cut a piece, hiding it behind her back and walking back over to them.

"ahh, now I never said that you're the one who promised," he said as he continued to smear the cake in his brother's face. He eyed as she walked over "love, whatcha doing?"
