"He's so cuute!!" Jeremiah was just about as excited as Milo was, already head over heels for the dog. Atlas stayed back a little to let his little brother have fun.
"He's so cuute!!" Jeremiah was just about as excited as Milo was, already head over heels for the dog. Atlas stayed back a little to let his little brother have fun.
Milo licked Jeremiah's face excitedly, still whining. "I would die for that dog. He's a national treasure, honestly.
Jeremiah giggled and fell over. He sat up and continued petting Milo. Atlas came up to Rowan's side and rested his head on his shoulder. "If you died for Milo, then I would die for you who'd die for Milo, it's a cause and effect."
"Mm. Guess we're all gonna die, then." Rowan hummed and kissed Atlas softly. "I'll go grab Milo's stuff. I'll be right back, I promise." He walked off into the kitchen.
"Eventually we will." Atlas kissed Rowan back. "Okay, love. I'll be here with Miah." He smiled and turned his attention to his brother. Giggling, he also started petting Milo.
Rowan soon returned with a leash and a bunch of dog food. "Alright, I need to carry all this food, so you get to walk Milo, alright Miah?" He attached the leash to Milo's collar and handed it over to Jeremiah.
Jeremiah jumped up, very excited, and took the leash. Atlas stood up from his crouched position from petting Milo. "Ro, are you gonna need anything from your room or anywhere else? And are we actually going through with the plan of you staying with me for a while?" Atlas asked, taking his boyfriend's hand again.
"Um… I can come back and get some clothes later. It's not like I can never come back here, you know, and I can't carry everything at once." Rowan adjusted his grip on the dog food so he could hold Atlas's hand.
"True. Let's get going then, yeah?" Atlas asked smiling as he laced his fingers with Rowan's. Jeremiah was already waiting at the door with Milo at his feet.
"Mhmm." Rowan walked out the door with Atlas, Jeremiah, and Milo by his side, feeling pretty content for the moment. Milo tugged Jeremiah around a bit as he wandered and sniffed just about everything along the sidewalk.
Jeremiah made sure to let Milo explore enough, but not too much to where he goes into the road or someone's property. A smile seemed to be set on both Miah and Atlas' faces. It was a pretty nice day as well, it was almost perfect.
"It's gorgeous out." Rowan hummed, looking around contentedly and keeping one eye on Milo and Jeremiah at all times. Milo was a bit adventurous sometimes, but it wasn't usually a problem.
"It sure is," Atlas said softly, almost not wanting to disturb the serenity. He loved during the spring and summer when the sun was out pretty late, it had a different feeling and calmness than when it was dark and late.
"Mm." Soon enough, they had reached Atlas's house and Rowan headed inside with the others. As soon as Milo was released, he started sniffing around and exploring.
Jeremiah followed Milo around, more than excited to have him at his house. Atlas had a fond smile on his face. His brothers meant so much to him and it always made him happy seeing them happy. He grabbed the dog food out of Rowan's hands and placed it on the floor. A second later, he tightly wrapped his arm around Rowan. He was feeling extra affectionate that day, even though he was pretty affectionate in general.
"Feeling cuddly today, are we?" Rowan smiled softly and wrapped his arms around Atlas. "I'm not going to complain. Back up to your room?" He asked, looking over at Milo as he trotted by.
"Mhmm, let's go…" Atlas whispered, hesitantly letting go of Rowan so they could go up the stairs, although he kept ahold of one of the hands. Once he got up to his room, he yanked off his shoes and his belt to be more comfortable.
Rowan did the same and flopped down onto the bed with a contented sigh. "I guess I'm sleeping in here tonight, then?"
"Yup, unless you'd rather the couch or somethin'." Atlas said, already wrapping his arms around Rowan and burying his face in the crook of his boyfriend's neck.
"Mm… I think it'd be a lot more comfortable up here with you." Rowan peppered gentle kisses across Atlas's cheeks.
"I think I would be as well." Atlas agreed with a bright smile. He giggled quietly, the kisses almost tickling his skin.
Rowan eventually settled down and yawned, holding Atlas close to himself as he closed his eyes. "I love you…" He murmured.
Atlas tightened his grip around Rowan a little, obviously overjoyed. "I love you too… I'm so happy that you're my boyfriend." He whispered back, planting a soft kiss on Rowan's lips.
"Mm… ditto." Rowan yawned again and relaxed. "I'm exhausted… What about you?" He asked quietly.
"I'm beyond tired. I could melt into this bed and I'd be more than happy." Atlas explained in almost a whisper.
