There was a knock on the door. Ellis looked up, then over at Lloyd, wondering if he should open the door.
Lloyd glanced over at the door and hesitated a couple seconds. "Come in." He coughed, his voice weak and a bit ragged. Nathaniel huddled close to him, still very upset.
Anton opened the door, peeking inside and giving Lloyd an apologetic smile. "Hi." He greeted as he came in. "I, uhm, heard what happened."
Lloyd nodded and turned his attention back to Nathaniel. He was still wearing an oxygen mask, although he wasn't in much pain due to the heavy medication he'd been given.
Anton came over to Lloyd, holding out a rose. "I, figured I should apologize for my behavior last time. I don't…I didn't know if you even like flowers, but…" He shrugged slightly. He put the rose in a bud case, looking over at Lloyd.
"Mm… thanks, Anton." Lloyd smiled weakly. Nathaniel looked up at Anton distrustfully, clinging a little tighter to Lloyd.
"Yeah. I am sorry for my behavior, by the way. I was an ass."
Lloyd nodded. "Yeah, just a little…" He laughed weakly.
He smiled a little bit, nodding his head. "Yeah. And…how are you doing?"
Lloyd shrugged a bit. "Well, I just got stabbed, but I'm doing about as well as can be expected."
Anton nodded. "Yeah. That's…yeah."
"In all honesty, I've got a lot of drugs on board, so I'm feeling alright."
"I see. I hope you get better soon."
Ellis was silent.
Lloyd nodded a bit. "Er… thank you." He fell silent as well.
"Yes." he glanced at Ellis for a moment, then at Lloyd.
"Do… do you need anything else?" Lloyd asked softly.
"No. I…wanted to see you, I suppose."
"Alright…" Lloyd fidgeted a bit, unsure what to do. "Thanks…"
Anton nodded, looking around the room.
"Um… did you and my father talk about anything after I left?"
"Ah…a little bit, yes. Just planning and such. Color coordination."
"What did you decide?" Lloyd asked.
"Well, it depends. Would you prefer to be in black, or white?"
"Um… I look better in white, I think, but it doesn't matter too much to me."
"Alright. He wanted to keep the traditional white and black, y'know? So you'll be in white, and I'll be in black?"
