Astral smiled in turn. This man has no idea what was in store for him, and he wouldn't even be able to tell what was really happening to him. It was a bit sad, really. Pitiful. He wrapped one arm around Simon.
"Close your eyes," he said softly.
Simon did as he was told, not wanting to know what would happen if he didn’t. He may not have been big on religion but he knew better than to mess with a god. He wasn’t an idiot.
((He was indeed…an idiot))
((I'm totally stalking this, I love the idea))
Astral picked Simon up now, holding the man close to himself. He didn't need to, but he wanted to, so he did. He wouldn't tell the human about this, of course. In a moment and a flash of light, they were in the palace.
Simon felt a little uncomfortable with this but not enough to where he’d actually do something about it. “Can I open my eyes now?” He asked after a few seconds.
"Yes, you may," Astral said. The palace walls seemed to glow from within, a nice golden color. It was pretty modern too. They were in the living room, small trinkets placed around. In reality, they were past toys, too broken to be any fun anymore. So, he'd turned them into decorations, aware of everything going on but unable to do anything. There was a wall, unlike the others, white with splatters of red paint on it. At least, that's how Astral let Simon see it.
((Well that’s not creepy as hell aT aLL XD))
“Wow! It’s so pretty in here!” He said, looking around in awe. He didn’t sense anything off about the space at all, too distracted by how gorgeous the room was.
(Just wait until you see what Astral is gonna do with Simon >:D)
"I'm glad you like it," Astral said, chuckling a bit. He'd wait to get started with his playing with this man. Tonight- so he could frame it to look like a nightmare. Someone that didn't actually happen. But Astral would know.
"I'm sorry to say I don't have a second room for you yet, but you can sleep in my room and I'll take the couch."
((I’m ready for it dude >:) ))
“That’s completely fine. Thank you so much for letting me stay here…” he said softly. He did feel a bit bad for just invading the man’s home like this. Of course, Simon’s intention was to only stick around for a bit until he could get back on his feet and turn his life around.
"You're welcome," Astral said in turn. He wasn't so much letting Simon stay here, though, more… Trapping him.
"Are you hungry?" He asked after a moment.
“Food would be nice.” He said, smiling softly up at the other. He was of course hungry, he’s practically always hungry. It became a lot harder for him to eat when he was in high stress situations, which was pretty much all the time.
"Here, I'll make you something then." Astral made his way out of the living room, motioning for Simon to follow him. He had a few… Bodies that needed getting rid of, and he quite enjoyed the thought of feeding some to Simon.
((Yayyyy and so the disturbing content begins oof))
Simon followed close behind Astral, not wanting to get distracted by something else and lose sight of him.
(oof XD)
Astral brought Simon to the kitchen, which was light and airy. He motioned for Simon to sit, pulling out some 'hamburger' meat.
"How hungry are you?"
(D: Swim I am severely disturbed and you've hardly started)
(what the fuckkkk)
He shrugged. “Not really that hungry.” He said, doing his best to keep eye contact with the other while he was talking, but as soon as he finished he let his gaze drift around the room.
(I've got so much planned >:D be glad Torin didn't have to deal with anything more than he did)
The kitchen was minimalist, unlike the living room with it's trinkets, just a potted plant to decorate. Astral nodded a bit, only making one burger for now. He set it in a skillet to start cooking, humming a soft song to himself.
((F for Simon, I’m gonna just start planning his funeral now lmao))
Simon watched him for a few seconds before deciding it would probably be rude to stare and dropped his gaze down to the counter, tracing designs into the counter with his fingers.
(lol XD)
Astral didn't take long to finish cooking.
"Is there anything in particular you'd like to have on this?" He asked, slipping the meat onto the bun.
He shook his head. “This is fine, thank you.” He always felt bad asking for more than he’d already been given, even if someone offered it to him.
"Okay then." Astral handed the plate over to Simon, smiling sweetly at him.
Simon of course, didn’t even take into consideration that there’d be anything strange with the food and just began to eat. Sure it tasted a bit different but he wasn’t going to say anything about it.
