"Fight me!" She said, laughing.
"Fight me!" She said, laughing.
"Fight me! " Tolly shot back. "You're the one who has to unseat me from my throne of threats and embarrassing videos."
"Don't think I won't hesitate!"
"When have you ever hesitated while hanging out with me?" Tolly asked, laughing. "You drank dish soap last week because I said you wouldn't."
"I mean… that is a point…" She muttered. "It was gross, by the way."
"Yeah, I figured!" Tolly leaned forward and ruffled her hair, smiling widely. "Maybe you should, I dunno, not eat dish soap? Like a normal fucking person?"
"Says you!"
"I'm not the one running around eating dish soap, Sage!"
"You're the one who dare me too, Tolly!"
Tolly sputtered, shoving Sage with an insulted noise. "If I jumped off a bridge would you jump off it too?"
"I'd jump off a bridge in general you known this!" She said, trying not to laugh

"Technicalities!" Tolly shouted, smacking Sage on the shoulder. "Just because I dare you to do something doesn't mean you should, Dumbass!"
"Well, at least I have plenty of proof that I'm not a coward!" She said, grinning.
"And I have plenty of proof that you're an idiot."
"Fight me!"
"Fine!" Tolly grabbed Sage and shoved her into the wall, grinning at the loud thump of her body against the tan paint. He braced an arm across her shoulders, holding her in place.
Sage blushed, realizing the position they were in. "Um…"
Tolly laughed, eyes sparkling with cheer. "Something wrong, Flowergirl?"
"You… do realize what position we're in… right?"
"What's wrong with the position we're in?" he asked innocently, slipping a knee between Sage's legs. "I'm just having a friendly spar with one of my good buddies."
"Tolly, you literally have me pinned to the wall!" She said, trying to be as straight faced as she could. It didn't work.
Tolly smirked, leaning closer to whisper lowly in her ear. "Now what makes you think I don't know that, Sweetheart?"
Sage shuddered, face completely red.
Tolly pecked her on the cheek before completely backing away and heading into the kitchen where the oven was beeping angrily at him. "I know… I know…" he muttered to it as he pulled out the fried chicken and set it on the stovetop to cool.
Sage took the moment to even out her breathing, willing her face to calm the hell down.
