Tolly laughed as well. "Wimp!"
Tolly laughed as well. "Wimp!"
"I know when to hold back!" She said, biting her lip.
"Sure you do, Ms 'I drank dish soap on a dare'," Tolly shot back, plopping down on the sofa.
"You're the one who dared me!"
"Jokingly!"
"Fight me!"
"I thought you knew when to hold back!"
She flipped him off.
Tolly did the same, sticking his tongue out as well. "I'd say fight me, but I know you'd chicken out."
"Well, you've never seen me in a fight."
"Then do it," Tolly said, tone dismissive. "Fight me."
Sage darted forward, tackling him.
Tolly grinned at her, using his considerable strength to shove her off him and throw her to the ground.
Sage sat up, eyes narrowing.
Tolly plopped down on her lap, effectively pinning her, and pushed her to the floor again, hands braced on both her shoulders. "This all you got Flowergirl?"
Sage struggled against him, glaring.
Tolly tilted his head at her, smile stretched across his face. "You're not really impressing me here Sage. I thought you were good at fighting."
"To be fair, it's been a few years since my last real fight."
Tolly snorted. "I can tell. This is an awful hold and you still can't manage to get out of it."
She glared, struggling harder against him, squirming slightly.
Tolly's smile widened as she thrashed. He grabbed her wrists in one hand and pinned them above her head, leaning down until their noses were almost brushing. The position finally registered. "Hey… Can I kiss you?"
Sage blushed, looking up at him. "…Dare you."
"Well, if it's a dare, how can I refuse?" he asked, looking into her eyes for a few seconds before he leaned down, closing the space between them.
Sage closed her eyes, kissing back shyly.
Tolly leaned into her, deepening the kiss.
