Eiji brought Farah straight to the history section and pulled out a couple of books that he could read as well. "What exactly are you looking to learn?"

"Anything interesting about your history," Farah replied as Eiji pulled her along, peeking at the books he was grabbing as well. "The basics. Enlighten me."

@Fraust

(Np lol)

"Anything interesting? Well… uh…" Eiji rummaged through the books on the shelves. Aiki was still hopelessly lost elsewhere. "These ones cover the basics. And… this one is on the concept and beginning of heroes and villains, which I find pretty interesting. Not sure if you've got that sort of thing in your dimension."

@Fraust

"I'm familiar with it by now, but parts of it are still interesting I think." Eiji shrugged. "Some of the heroes of previous generations are really interesting too. The organizations and stuff were much different than today."

@Fraust

Eiji nodded and pulled out a couple more books for Farah to read. "Well, this section is going to be your best bet. I don't know how fast of a reader you are, but there's plenty of information to go through if you've got the time."

Farah's eyes widened at all the books. "Alfea has a large library, but this…" She sighed in wonder. "This is amazing! And this is all First World history? Just this section?"

@Fraust

"Yeah, this is just history. There's another aisle of history down that way as well. We've got a lot of different sections here, and there should be signs by every aisle that says what's in them." Eiji explained.

Farah wove through the aisles, running her fingers over the spines. "Oh I love books," she murmured nostalgically. "Before I hated going to the headmistress's office, I loved it because of all the books she had."

@Fraust

"Yeah, that makes sense." Eiji hummed thoughtfully and pulled out a book for himself. "I'm sure Aiki will find their way here eventually, yeah? He doesn't really know his way around a library, if you can't tell."

@Fraust

"Um… I like to read fiction, mostly." Eiji replied without looking up from his book. "Various stories… Aiki doesn't read too much. Not recreationally, anyway."

@Fraust

"Not really. It's interesting to read older 'fantasy' stories from before it was commonplace for people to have powers, though." Eiji shrugged. "I'll read just about anything, though. You?"

@emilyevewrites group

"I'm afraid most of my reading has been academic books – runes, incantations, spells, alchemy and such…" Farah listed. "But in my free time, I suppose I fancy a fictional read."

@Fraust

"You could buy some books at a bookstore if you wanted to bring them back to your world." Eiji suggested. "You can only borrow these ones, so that wouldn't work, but if you bought them it would be fine."

@emilyevewrites group

Farah's eyes widened. "That's a brilliant idea! I can't believe I didn't think of that, and I could show you the library at Alfea. I'm not sure if you'd have some of the books we have… do you have any runes books here?"

@Fraust

Eiji flushed lightly at the praise and looked back down at his book. "U-Um… I think we might have something like that in the language section, but I'm not sure… it's not something I've looked into before."

@emilyevewrites group

"Runes, alchemy, history of magic," Farah listed off. "Those are just a few of the topics in Alfea's library. I've read lots of them. Not exactly page turns, but they've helped with my incantations."

@Fraust

Eiji nodded a bit. "Yeah… most magic here doesn't need to be verbal. There's a couple, but for the most part, rune books would just be for people who are interested in them…"

@emilyevewrites group

"Our magic is non-verbal as well, but sometimes, the more powerful spells require incantations," Farah explained. "Runes I read for fun… Ben reads the alchemy books, and Saul…" She laughed quietly. "Saul doesn't read much. I've tried."

@Fraust

Eiji laughed softly. "Yeah, I feel that. For the life of me, I can't find anything that Aiki will read willingly. They just can't sit still for long enough to read much of anything."

@emilyevewrites group

Farah nodded and laughed a bit as well. "Saul is the exact same way. I gave him an alchemy book once, for class, and I came back about ten minutes later, and he was asleep!"
