Farah perked up. "That sounds lovely! Could I go?"
Farah perked up. "That sounds lovely! Could I go?"
"Yeah, sure. We can go with you as long as we don't have to read boring history." Aiki yawned a bit and Eiji nodded. "We're allowed to go to the school when it isn't in session, after all. And you won't be able to get in without one of our keycards."
Farah laughed softly. "You're more than welcome to come with me. And no, you don't have to read history, but I believe people who think history is boring are boring." She winked playfully.
Aiki rolled his eyes. "Pretty boring thing to say, not gonna lie. We should get going." They grabbed their jacket with a soft sigh, and Eiji followed suit.
Farah rolled her eyes. "You're just saying that so you're not calling yourself boring," she remarked, standing up and following Eiji.
"No, I'm just saying that history is pretty boring when it's been burned into your brain all your life." Aiki shrugged. "It's freaky to be super into it."
"I'm not super into it," Farah retorted. "But I'm terribly intrigued by First World history. I know the history of The Otherworld."
"I guess that makes sense. It's not very interesting to us since… well, we already know it. And it's really familiar to us." Aiki yawned a bit as he followed.
"Well I don't," Farah stated, arching her eyebrows as if it was a challenge. "And I'd like to learn."
"Yeah, I never said you couldn't. Just explaining that we're not inherently boring people for not being interested." Aiki retorted simply.
Farah laughed softly. "Well you might be," she teased.
"I'm not boring!" Aiki insisted. "I'm super interesting and fun to be around."
Farah laughed again. "Oh, I know…"
Aiki huffed a bit and pulled out their keycard once they got to the school so he could get into the building.
Farah tilted her head. "What in the Six Realms is that?" she asked. "You don't use magic to lock doors?"
"It's… uh… complicated. As far as I know, it is magical. The keycards just also have some sort of magic that allows us to get in." Aiki shrugged.
Farah tilted her head curiously. "Huh…" she hummed.
Aiki and Eiji headed into the building and led the way to the library. "We don't really know how they work. It wasn't ever particularly important."
(Bump)
(SHIT SORRY)
Farah nodded. "Alright. Where is your history section?)
"History section is… uh… over here, somewhere." Aiki started to wander around, searching for the right section until Eiji simply sighed and led the way.
Farah chuckled and followed Eiji.
Eiji brought Farah straight to the history section and pulled out a couple of books that he could read as well. "What exactly are you looking to learn?"
(If you don't want to do these anymore that's fine. We can do something else or get rid of them entirely if you prefer ^^;)
(OMG I FEEL LIKE SUCH AN ASSHOLE I'M SO SORRY IDK HOW I MISSED THESE)
