“Just a few things stashed in the pantry and what we brought home from mom and dad’s.” He pressed a kiss to Tolly’s brow and brushed out the tangles with his hands
Tolly let his eyes fall shut, reaching up to loop his arms around Cas' neck. "Mm, do I get to munch on those berries when we get back to your place?"
“I might be able to spare a few more.” He grinned down at him, glad that he remembered the berries. “Come on, we should help Levi with the plates.”
Tolly sighed and stood up, meandering into the kitchen and deftly avoiding Levi as he pulled out plates and silverware. He handed them to Cas. "Here, can you set the table? I'll get us some drinks."
Cas took the plates and nodded, heading back to the table to set the plates down. He also set the silverware as well as some napkins
Tolly smiled gratefully and grabbed some cups, rooting through the fridge a few seconds later in search of drinks. "Alright, do you want orange juice or root beer?"
“Root beer for breakfast? That’s a first.” Cas laughed and shook his head “orange juice please,” he came back to the kitchen and watched as the two worked
"Well I'm having root beer." Tolly pulled both bottled out of the fridge, pouring them their respective glasses and then realizing one was still empty. "Levi, what about you?"
Levi shrugged, shaking around the scrambled eggs. "Dunno. Do we still have rum in the fridge."
"No! You're too young to be a day drinker, Levi!" Tolly smacked him with a towel, earning a halfhearted grumble and a decision. "Orange juice, then. And grab Cas' plate after you deliver drinks, his eggs are almost done."
“As oppose to any time of the day drinker?” Cas laughed softly and shook his head “now I’m concerned…” he teased, helping Tolly by putting the drinks at the table.
Tolly bumped Cas' hip with a quiet laugh and Levi sighed, fighting down a smile. "Don't be, Tolly's the one with the drinking problem."
Tolly gasped dramatically and anded Levi a plate for the eggs. "Am not!! That was freshman year, things have changed now! I have a boyfriend who loves me very much, I wouldn't dare let him down."
“You both drink?! Oh gods what have I gotten myself into. You come home drunk I swear you’re sleeping outside.” He teased Tolly, giving him a pointed look with a smile. He checked the time on the clock and nodded to himself, making sure he still had time to go back home for the things he needed
Tolly pouted, tossing his arms around Cas' waist and nuzzling his neck. "I would never. The only person who deserves to deal with me when I'm drunk is Levi, and that's 'cause I've been dealing with him and his sister for ages."
He sighed dramatically and pressed a kiss to his cheek “okay, good.” He laughed softly and ruffled tolly’s hair “ready for breakfast?”
Tolly beamed at him, detangling from Cas to take the plates Levi passed to him while his friend set out platters of bacon and hashbrowns. "Yep! I'm pretty sure that's everything, so let's eat up!"
Cas took a seat next to Tolly and started eating “mm! This is really good! Thanks again Levi for dealing with both of us and making breakfast.”
Tolly dug into his eggs with gusto while Levi picked at a strip of bacon, clearly still tired. "It's no problem, Cas. The only hard part was dealing with your puppy dog over here."
Cas laughed and glanced over at Tolly as he chowed down on the breakfast “easy there, Tolly. The food isn’t going to walk away.” He laughed and shook his head as he continued eating
Tolly rolled his eyes, though he did slow down a bit as he moved onto his hashbrowns. "I'm hungry Cas. And anyways, they're good eggs, it'd be rude to just leve them lying there unappreciated.
Levi reached over to smack him on the shoulder. "It's fucking gross is what it is. You should at least reign it in for your boyfriend, he's the most polite company you've had in months."
As chuckled lightly at their playfulness. “It’s okay, I’m more worried about him choking on the food.” He smiled over at tolly and shook his head playfully “they are very good. But take it easy love.”
Tolly smacked Levi in return and then sighed. "I'm not gonna choke, Cas, honestly. They're just eggs, they're too soft to kill somebody."
Cas rolled his eyes playfully and stood to take his dish and empty cup to the sink to wash. “Sure dear, sure they are.”
Tam scarfed down the last of his bacon and stacked his plate on top of Cas' with a hopeful look, sipping at his root beer.
Cas smiled over at Tolly and took his plate as well to begin cleaning them. He hummed softly while he cleaned, thinking back to the shop with worry
Tolly helped Levi get the rest of the dishes squared away in the dishwasher once they were both done, and then e and Cas were both being carefully herded out the door by an increasingly sleepy looking Levi.
“Thanks again for everything!” Cas called over his shoulder as he followed Tolly back to his own dorm. Once they got to his dorm, Cas pulled out his key card and opened the door. He set his things down and started rummaging through the kitchen for the things to bring to Cait
