Elijah sighed softly and took deep breaths, slowly calming himself. He leaned into the hand on his cheek. His eyes fluttered close as he slowly relaxed.
Leo wrapped his other arm around Elijah's neck, thumb still rubbing circles into his cheek. he was glad he'd managed to calm him down.
Elijah slowly wrapped gis arms around his waist and brought Leo the rest of his way into his lap.
Leo blushed, adjusting himself so he was straddling Elijah. He wrapped his other arm around his neck, smiling softly.
Elijah gently bumped his nose against his. "I'm sorry for freaking out. We can try this 'movie' thing again if you want too." He murmured
Leo giggled softly at the nose bump before he shrugged a shoulder, "I-It's okay, we don't have to if you don't want to…" He replied quietly.
Elijah smiled. His giggle was cute. "Only if you want too." He spoke softly. He had had enough excitement for the day but he wanted to please Leo.
"This isn't about me, it's about you. I-I don't want you to get scared again…" Leo replied, voice barely above a whisper but you could hear the concern in his voice.
Elijah lifted a finger a trailed it down his cheek. "But I am scared. There's nothing you can do to change that. It's just going to take me awhile to get used to this."
Leo leaned into the touch, eyes fluttering closed, "D-Do I have to move from this position i-if we do what the m-movie?”
Elijah shook his head. "No, you can stay here if you want too." He traced his jawline, over his Adams apple.
Leo swallowed and nodded a little, "O-Okay," He reached for the remote and twisted slightly in Elijah's lap so he was on his side, head resting against his chest, "Don't freak out, it's not going to hurt you."
Elijah stilled as he shifted in his lap. As Leo shifted, the strange pants he had on became a bit tight. He shifted him slightly then wrapped his arms around Leo's waist. He hid his face in his neck.
Leo blushed but didn’t protest. He flicked the TV back on and quickly put on Netflix, snuggling back into Elijah a little more.
Elijah flicked his eyes to the box then refocused his gaze back on Leo's skin. He didn't ujderstand what that thing was and his head hurt by just looking at it.
Leo hummed softly as he tried to pick a movie. Being indecisive it was kinda hard but he ended up picking the Lion King.
Elijah lazily dragged a finger over his spine and back up again. He pressed his face into his shoulder. He regretted the moment he looked up. There were things moving on the screen. They looked like animals yet they weren't. He whined quietly and his his eyes.
Leo shivered a little when he felt Elijah’s finger but when he whined, he gently took one of his hands and gave it a gentle squeeze, “If you want me to turn it off, I can…”
Elijah shook his head. "Its okay." He mumbled. He squeezed his hand back. He peeked up from his shoulder to watch the strange creatures talking. "This is sorcery! Animals can't talk!"
“It’s not real,” Leo said gently, he turned his head a little so he could look at Elijah, “It’s a kids movie, kids don’t know any better.”
Elijah leamed away from the 'movie'. He didnt like it very much. It was strange amd weird. "You your kids not see animals? Its not hard to figure put they can't speak. They are for eating or entertainment."
Leo sighed softly, turning back to the movie and pressing pause, “It’s just to entertain them,” He said quietly, “Nothing more or less…”
"That does not make any sense. They don't even act like animals, they dont even look like them, or act like them! Where is the blood? Death?" Ethan looked at him more confused than ever.
Leo turned around in Elijah’s lap again, “It’s a kids movie. We don’t show kids blood and death these days. It’ll scare them too much, okay?”
"Scare them? Is death not usual? Are tgere not public exectutions? I saw my first beheading before I was six." Elijah placed his hands on his hips, staring at him.
