Why tho?
We don't have any bagpipes here in the first place
But we do have a harp player.

We don't put our plumes in. Someone else does. They don't trust us enough for that.

Our band has a thing with fedoras. Also something the upperclassmen like to get the freshmen to touch there plooms so they can tell them to Inhales "DON'T TOUCH THE PLOOMS!!!!"

We have this joke that you can put your plume into the marching band hat the wrong way, but there isn't a true way to tell if it's backwards or not…. So we just kinda joke about that sometimes.

There's this thing we do for jazz band where we go to the other schools in our school district and play for like the elementary school kids and the middle school kids
It makes me cringe sometimes, but it's fun overall.

Why is it cringey?

Because the younger kids cover their ears and stuff, and the middle school kids look at us like 'ugh this is so imature why are they doing this for us its so cheesy' and stuff like that.

We don't do that. I literally didn't know that Jazz band existed until 6th grade when the Junior high band teacher mentioned that he brought donuts and bagels to jazz band.

Just a sad little flute, piano, and guitar player….. High notes aren't a problem for the piano or guitar…. Flute…… Just no. I too have the raspberry sound forever ingrained in my head……

I can seriously relate. Plus, just letting you know, playing guitar is so much easier when you play piano. It helps soooo much
