@yeetus
Thank you
Thank you
I play clarinet and oh my god Emi I can feel your pain
Except with high notes, Clarinets are more likely to squeak
And when they squeak, they sound like a dying cat getting swallowed by a goose
And you can hear that iconic mouse-killing squeak over the ENTIRE FREAKING BAND
I had a lot of young'uns I was mentoring on the clarinet and oH My GOD
Oof
The flute high notes don't squeak when you play it badly
It either makes a sound that makes your eardrums wanna die or blows raspberry

What do you do?
….bep I have arrived
I Played the viola… in an orchestra
……well………….. I guess we all have our differences….. but….. it’s about music…………. right…….
Yes it’s all about music
:3
My band teacher has his Master's in playing the trombone, so the other trombone players call him the "Master Boner."
Yes
Yeeeeeeeees
OMG. A kid in our section insists that we should call ourselfs 'boner buddies.'
…… I’m sooooooooo unsure if that should actually happen…….
At my old school's band there was apparently a tuba player a couple of years back who drinks from his water tray to gross out the girls
Hah… That is pretty funny but also kinda weird…..
The trombone section at my school would always wear them as like hats (with the bells on their heads) every chance they got during marching practice
…Wow
I'm not in a marching band
I'm just in the normal band
Our band has a thing with fedoras. Also something the upperclassmen like to get the freshmen to touch there plooms so they can tell them to Inhales "DON'T TOUCH THE PLOOMS!!!!"
OK…
My band seemed a lot tamer
But fedoras are awesome :)
Also we had a group therapy session where we tried to get rid of our fake drug and alcohol problems. But that was only the Low brass and woodwinds.

Speaking of plumes…..
We have this joke that you can put your plume into the marching band hat the wrong way, but there isn't a true way to tell if it's backwards or not…. So we just kinda joke about that sometimes.
My school has a all-female pipe band
I'm not in it because bagpipes are annoying
